Great family stay in a private pool room, clean, large rooms with a great private pool. Location is good for families (we stayed with two primary school aged children who loved it), its well out of the bustle of chaweng but with very good food options close by. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok, but wasnt one of the better ones we've had. The resort is slightly dated but still very nice, it is on a steep hill, no issue for us, but consider ig you have mobility issues, we'd stay again and recommend this as a good place to stay on Samui.

We had a wonderful holiday at Briza, thank you to all the staff for making our first time in Koh Samui so memorable. All the staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met! Special thanks to Ollie who looked after us everyday at our pool bar, he did a great job! We enjoyed the breakfast and would like to thank all the breakfast staff for making every morning extra special, they are amazing! The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed and located perfectly infront of the pool. We highly recommend The Briza beach resort and we will defenitly be back! Khaawp khun maak kha.
Wonderful place! We stayed in a room with a plunge pool, and we absolutely loved it. We used it every day, and it was the perfect way to cool off from the heat. The hotel grounds are beautiful, with lots of tropical plants and greenery. There’s also a large swimming pool with a bar. The breakfast buffet offers a great variety of food, so there was always something to choose from. The hotel has direct access to the beach, but the only downside is that the water is very shallow. You have to walk quite a long way out before it becomes deep enough to swim comfortably. Housekeeping came every day, and we also received two complimentary bottles of water daily. There is a massage place right by the beach, and I highly recommend getting a massage there. The prices are reasonable, and the quality is excellent. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the hotel’s restaurant and bar. The restaurant is quite expensive, the food wasn’t very tasty, and the cocktails were disappointing as well. I wouldn’t recommend spending your money there. Instead, visit Your Place Bar that is near the Briza on the beach. You’ll get much better food at a lower price.
Comfortable and very convenient stay at The Briza Beach Resort, Samui. The room was clean and everything was in place. Stayed in the room with plunge pool and it was worth it. Great service by the staff. Vegetarian option is very limited in the buffet, but manageable if you carry on some ready to eat food with you.
Five stars for the working staff As a current guest writing about check-in yesterday afternoon, I want to highlight exactly why this resort gets a full 5 stars from us, despite a very rough start. We drove all the way up from Malaysia yesterday and arrived completely exhausted. Unfortunately, the initial check-in experience was a major letdown. The person who handled our arrival—whether they were a manager or a receptionist—looked visibly uncomfortable serving us. On top of that, they insisted breakfast wouldn't cover my kids, completely contradicting the booking policy which clearly states children under 12 stay for free. This 5-star rating belongs entirely to the incredible working staff who took over afterward. The team members who showed us to our room and served us once we settled in were absolutely fantastic, warm, and highly attentive. I wish the hotel the best as there is an obvious lack of leadership in the organisation starting at the front desk/management level. While it's too early to say our stay has been saved, the frontline working staff deserve all the praise for their excellent service after our long journey. Five stars for them! To ownership and management: Property lacks upkeep but has good bones and huge rooms. As a fellow hospitality business owner you’ll find that consistency in leadership is key especially if you intend to revive this place.
