Synergy Samui

Hotel is at great location. Centre of Chewang bay so lots of amenities outside hotel, and on the best part of Koh Samui beach. Powder soft white sand, clean clear water. Hotel is immaculate. Staff always seen working away on gardens or bungalows to ensure kept up. We stayed in deluxe bungalows - lovely space with huge bathrooms. Shower, bath, lots of wardrobe and cupboard space. Fridges in room, great air con and a safe. Towels including beach towels replaced everyday. Dressing gown robes and slippers. Gardens beautiful, two lovely infinity pools and two outside bar / restaurants. Pool bar too. Loved everything about our stay. Suitable for groups, families and couples.

Please read ; I’ve stayed at this hotel around five times, and unfortunately, this will probably be my last visit. I always book the Deluxe Villa because the rooms are beautiful and surrounded by trees, making them feel very private, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing holiday. The staff are wonderful, especially the breakfast team and the beach staff. They are always friendly and welcoming. The location is also excellent—right in the middle of Chaweng Beach, with direct access to the beach. However, during my 4th and 5th stays, the experience changed because of the loud music coming from the neighbouring beach club at Avani. The music has very heavy bass, and you can hear and feel it from inside the villa. It’s especially bad on Fridays and Saturdays, playing from the daytime until around 1:00 a.m. I spoke to the reception team at Synergy, and they explained that it’s outside their control. They suggested booking a private Jacuzzi villa next time instead. While I understand that the neighbouring hotel is responsible for the noise, I was disappointed that there didn’t seem to be any solution or effort to address the issue. The biggest reason I stay here is for the peaceful atmosphere, but it’s difficult to relax on the beach or in your room when loud beach club music is playing for hours. If you enjoy a lively atmosphere with music and heavy bass throughout the day and late into the night, this hotel may be a good choice. However, if you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing beach holiday, I would recommend considering other hotels. Thank you for reading about my experience.

We stopped by to spend some time on the beach and enjoy a couple of drinks, and it turned out to be a great experience. Amazing place with a beautiful view, good service, and very attentive staff. A big plus is that when you order drinks, you can use the sunbeds without any extra charge, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable.

The hotel is located is a very impressive environment. The staff is really kind and helpful. We are staying in a private jacuzzi villa for 2 weeks and I have to say that there are no problems at all. The room is totally comfortable and cleaned every day. Furthetmore, you have a nice private area in this type of accomodations with wonderful plants, flowers and you can hear the songs of different birds all the day, if you want. Maybe a small thing worth mentioning as something to improve: it could be better if there would be more shelves in the room to store your clothes and other things.
