Centra By Centara Coconut Beach Resort Samui

​This property provided high-quality villas at a good price. The place was very cozy and quiet, making it perfect for a vacation. The front desk staff, bellhops, cleaning staff, maintenance staff, and security team were all highly responsive and friendly. The food and drinks here were tasty and affordable. A staff member named Mam in the F&B department took great care of us, providing excellent recommendations to ensure we got the perfect meals. Overall, they deserve 5 stars from us.

Centara villa samui is a lovely hotel on the south side of Koh samui, in a quiet peaceful location away from the busy main beaches of chaweng and lamai on the east coast. It is easy to visit all the main sights from this hotel . The setting is lush and well maintained, with beautiful tropical gardens and lovely private rooms . There are a lot of stairs as it is located on a sloping hill, so avoid if mobility issues. The beach is rocky at low tide. Bring water shoes . At high tide it looks lovely. It is a short beach so long walks not possible . Kayaks available to use for free and table tennis and 3 lovely pools and free beach towels and loungers for hotel guests. The service at reception is amazing always smiling and helpful. They provide free drinking water everyday in glass bottles ( great for the environment to avoid plastic bottles). Overall a wonderful peaceful hotel we spent 2 weeks here it was paradise . My children loved the hotel cat and the friendly smiling staff .

Our second time at this lovely, peaceful hotel. Such a stunning setting and top service every time. We spent 2 weeks here as two families with young children and were catered for perfectly. Special shout out to Mam, Anu, Jaeb and Goong for looking after us all so well (even putting together a special birthday breakfast one day). I’d also recommend the spa, treatments with Ae were wonderful and very reasonably priced. I will just add that there are a lot of steps here as the resort is built on a slope, so may not be suitable if you have mobility issues. The location is very quiet but it is easy to get taxis arranged through the hotel, we preferred this rather than staying in the busier resort areas, it felt like our own little piece of paradise ☺️🌴☀️

All the staff are amazing they cannot do enough for you. Reception brilliant , Nouch your leaf folding was amazing. Thank you Zeeva and mam you are fantastic. Rooms a little dated but still very nice in size and layout, plenty of storage. Just a few small things a few more lights on slightly darker areas by steps. 155 plus steps from beach to reception than need high lightening for those that may have trouble. The beach pool, one step missing nearest the bar, the slope into the pool needs a rail all the way into the pool as I saw many people slip into the pool as they were not aware of it. Hand rails from the beach pool on either side to the beach. Black Sea urchins so do wear shoes in sea. Would I return - YES.
