Fantastic place nestled amongst the famous local rock formation. The most friendly staff and management ever. Good food with Mediterranean options - drinks reasonably priced. Lovely attention to detail in the rooms: flower petals on the bed and a complimentary fruit plate. Housekeeping thorough, reliable and quick. Air-con and WiFi both top notch. Very close to plenty of high rated restaurants and bars.
The bar is full of ridiculous and unclear rules — you can’t sit here, you can’t swim there — and the staff are rude and unpleasant. Put a sign with your rules at the entrance to your club if your incompetent staff cannot explain them properly when guests arrive. This is the rudest treatment I have ever experienced on the island. There are many wonderful places in Samui where ordering just one cocktail allows you to use all the facilities, including the pool and sunbeds. I would not recommend this place to anyone. You can write any reply you want, but your staff are definitely rude to guests. On top of that, they make comments about nationality, even though the person himself is not Thai but a worker from Myanmar. Extremely disappointed with this visit. I would never recommend anyone to go there.
What a beautiful place! A small boutique hotel with absolutely amazing stuff! Service beyond all and good food. A clean and beautiful pool with free towels and sunbeds. We did not stay at the hotel for sleeping but the rooms looked really nice from what we could see. It is a small an cosy place with good vibes! Highly recommended! Cheers Ellinor and Sten
Very very bad experience with Oh (the lady manager) and Olivier (another manager/ owner). We made an online booking for a ‘Seaview room’ but they assigned us another room with a side balcony that had a small section of the sea available. When we showed our booking and the pictures of that particular room (that had seaview from the room itself), the guy didn’t even care to look into the booking and said ‘don’t waste my time’. It was such a rude way to shake off our issue. Really disappointed in the hospitality. The only good part was their breakfast which also you’ll be bored with after 2 days because it lacks options.
We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff were lovely. The bathroom sinks were a bit smelly; however, a scented candle was provided in the bathroom to reduce the smell, which worked well. The beach directly in front of the hotel is not ideal for swimming due to stones and occasional rubbish. This was not a problem for us, as there is plenty of beach available nearby where you can go swimming. The hotel also offers a pool for a quick refreshment. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.
