Banyan Tree Samui

Hello, I am from South Korean. I have experienced many massages in Korea, but I must say that the quality of service here is beyond anything I could have imagined. This spa truly lives up to the name of Banyan Tree. Every moment of the experience reflected such elegance, care, and attention to detail. I was especially touched by the thoughtful gesture of washing their hands each time before touching my hair to ensure that it would not become messy. It was such a small detail, yet it showed an extraordinary level of consideration and professionalism. The exceptional service and beautiful facilities at Banyan Tree have made me want to visit Koh Samui again. I truly believe that Banyan Tree elevates the overall image and prestige of Koh Samui through its outstanding hospitality. Thank you, Banyan Tree, for giving me such a memorable and wonderful experience. I will cherish this experience for a long time. With sincere appreciation and gratitude.

It was very convenient to communicate with our Villa Host through the app. Our host, Kah, was always warm and welcoming, with a wonderful smile, and made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The villa was spacious, and we especially enjoyed having our own private pool, which made our stay even more relaxing. We were also very happy with the special decorations prepared in our villa to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. It was a lovely and thoughtful touch that made the occasion even more memorable. Another highlight was being able to snorkel right from the hotel’s private beach. It was very convenient and a wonderful way to enjoy the beautiful surroundings without having to leave the resort. There were only two things that did not quite suit our personal preferences: the closet space was a little limited, and the bed was firmer than we prefer. Other than that, we had a very enjoyable and memorable stay.

For anyone seeking a truly memorable escape to Koh Samui, this resort stands out as the ultimate retreat. Our family—four adults and one child—spent three exceptional days here, and the warmth and hospitality exceeded every expectation. From the heartfelt welcome upon arrival to the gracious send-off at checkout, the staff was remarkably attentive, courteous, and always just a call away. A special mention goes to our villa host, Tak, whose prompt responsiveness and proactive care made our stay effortless. The private in-villa pool was a major highlight for both adults and our little one, offering pure relaxation in complete privacy. Set against serene, picturesque surroundings, the property provides stunning photo backdrops at every turn. Whether traveling as a couple or with family, this resort delivers refined luxury in an idyllic atmosphere. Highly recommended.
