Gorgeous Thai-style villas with lush beautiful gardens. Hosts Thomas & Pat with all the Staff are very warm and friendly. Rooms are very spacious and tastefully decorated plus super-clean. Location is also quite convenient near cafes, restaurants, shops and Fisherman‘s Village. Would definitely stay here again and would highly-recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at Ban Kaew Villas. The staff is super friendly and attentive - we really appreciated our welcome coconut! Our villa was beautifully furnished and clean. The whole garden area is a green oasis which you would not expect from the outside as it is located on a busy road. But once you step onto the property it's like a different world.

We stayed here with our 1 year old and we had an awesome experience. The photos both on Google and Booking don’t do this place justice, you have to see it with your eyes. The attention to details is incredible, nothing is out of place. There are only 7 rooms across several buildings in a very impressive and impeccable garden, so you rarely see other people, it feels very private. The staff is very kind and helpful. They helped with laundry and finding a scooter. We cannot recommend this place enough!

Staying at this villa was the best experience we had in Thailand. Even though it’s located near a busy road, the moment you step inside you feel like you’ve entered a hidden oasis of peace. Also, despite being close to the road, we had no issues with noise it was quiet and we slept incredibly well. The garden is absolutely stunning — perfectly kept, lush, and calming. Every day we saw the employees taking care of it, and you can really feel their effort in how beautiful and serene the whole place is. Our villa was really spacious and comfortable, very nicely designed and we loved it immediately. There was the kitchen area we could use directly below us, which made everything very convenient. The entire property is spotless, extremely clean, and carefully maintained. The owner and all the employees we met were genuinely kind, friendly, and welcoming. It created such a warm atmosphere that we enjoyed every moment of our stay. It was truly beautiful, relaxing, and without a doubt the best stay you can get in Koh Samui. We absolutely loved it and would definitely stay here again.
