IV tours is one of my favorite tour experiences. We booked our ground transportation and island tours through them. Amazing customer service! What great ambassadors for the island! Our guide went above and beyond and made sure we not only got to see a lot of the island, but we also throughly enjoyed each experience. The flexibility, passion and love of the island showed through each experience.
We only had a short time on shore, but IV Tours managed to give us a tour from Fort Charlotte to India Bay and also through the town. Very knowledgeable on the history of the island, we had a great time. Need to come back and visit more that the island has to offer.
IV tours did a great job- informative
This tour exceeded my expectations. Visiting Fort Charlotte and learning about the island’s history while enjoying stunning panoramic views was truly special. The guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience feel personal and engaging. Everything was smooth and well paced, and as a solo traveler I felt completely comfortable. I would absolutely recommend IV Tours to anyone visiting St. Vincent.
Great tour. We learned all about the history of the island and area. In depth and at a comfortable pace. Definitely would do it again.
This was an excellent tour to see some nice views from the island and a bit of history without spending a whole day on a tour. Very easy to get in touch with Irvil and our driver, Hallus was super pleasant and sooo helpful to accommodate our needs.
We had an excellent experience with Island Vibes in St. Vincent. What made it especially memorable is that it ended up being a private, personalized tour for just my husband and me, which made the day feel relaxed and tailored to our pace. Pickup at the cruise terminal was smooth, the vehicle was comfortable with A/C, and we felt taken care of from start to finish. The stops at Fort Charlotte, Queen’s Drive, and Dorsetshire Hill were absolutely breathtaking. The panoramic views were stunning and gave us such a beautiful perspective of the island. We also appreciated having drinks along the way and the overall professionalism and hospitality throughout the tour. We got to see the black sand for the first time! One tip for future guests: wear sneakers or other comfortable closed-toe shoes. The terrain is hilly, and navigating some of the cultural and historic sites requires walking up and downhill on uneven ground. Nothing extreme, but you’ll enjoy it much more with good shoes. If you want a scenic, stress-free way to experience St. Vincent with great views and a personal touch, I highly recommend Island Vibes.
Fantastic tour! Orville was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely book with him again anytime I visit St. Vincent in the future.
1/20/25 we had the best tour of Fort Charlotte with Samuel. He was awesome! His knowledge of the island is astounding and he had so many “fun facts.” My husband and I had a great time! IV Tours is the guide to have. Thank you Samuel 👍
Ruff showed me some great spots on St. Vincent and provided a guided tour and shared interesting bits along the way. He had some inside connections that provided some exclusive views to places that were closed on a Sunday. He was so friendly, informative, and quite humorous the whole time. Thanks Ruff! I'll be back!
Had a lovely time the tour guide was very informative, we went from Kingston ended up at Richmond bay also had amazing time at the waterfalls, plus pirates of the Caribbean was not for me but the others really enjoyed themselves; on reflection we had a very good day.
Fort charlotte close.it should change the title . Guide is knowledge and friendly.it recommend for first time to visit the island.
Our guide was very nice and informative. But it was a big mistake to take us to Fort Charlotte, which is permanently closed for renovations. He took us, two 70 plus year olds, around a barrier up a steep incline to get near the moat for the fort. Coming down was treacherous, and my fit and physically active wife fell. Thank goodness that there was no serious injury. But this closed attraction should not be part of the Island Vibes tour! Otherwise the few sites we visited gave us a nice overview of the island.
Excellent tour guide. Very pleasant and informative. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend. Very reasonable in price. If you want the best book here
Orvil Samuel was our driver and guide. He is incredibly knowledgeable and a great host. We saw amazing sights and took incredible photos. Orvil is also a photographer and took tons of photos of us. The tour was in a clean, comfortable, and air conditioned van. I can't recommend this tour highly enough. Skip the cruise ship excursion and book this tour instead. You won't be disappointed.
Otto was brilliant. We were a bit sceptical to go on our own but this guy seemed very genuine, showed us his ID and was wearing a green t shirt with the IV Tours logo. Off we went for an enlongated tour of the island. Otto knew his stuff, the history, the beaches and was very informative. Just a really nice guy making a living. Highly recommend him and applaud his knowledge. Car was big enough for 8 but he took just us too. Fort Charlotte was closed but we still looked at the fantastic view. If you decide to go there please take some food for the very friendly but scrawny dogs. Will try to upload some pics but know IV Tours on Facebook too.
Excellent historical tour of Fort Charles with Ruff. He provided interesting insights about why the cannons face inward vs to the sea! Enjoyed the town too. Botanical gardens were beautiful as well!
