Enjoyed my transport experience from the airport to liguanea area. Super friendly and helped me with finding some nice spots to eat & lounge in Kingston. Would recommend

Good communication, on time pickup, and nice driver. I would use them again for my next trip to Kingston.

Chris ( sorry if I have the name wrong ) was friendly , kind and prompt . He patiently waited while we checked out the airport lounge even though he was being charged on a timely basis for parking . Would definitely use him again.

Our private airport transportation was outstanding from start to finish! Having a private, air-conditioned van made our transfers to and from the airport comfortable, relaxing, and stress-free. The vehicle was spotless, spacious, and well maintained. Our driver was punctual, professional, and incredibly friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We especially appreciated the convenience of having a private transfer, which allowed us to travel at our own pace without waiting for other passengers or making multiple stops. Everything was well organized, and the service exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for reliable, clean, comfortable, and private airport transportation, we highly recommend this service. We will definitely book with them again on our next visit!

Very convenient, responsive and accommodating. I had a last minute booking and the company was able to assist me pretty quickly. The driver was safe and very friendly.

Simply amazing! My driver was waiting for Md with a sign as soon as I walked out of customs. Could not have been more pleasant and professional. Highly recommend!

Our driver was amazing. Patiently waited while we got through customs, Met us as close to the aiport as possible. We were new to Jamaica so he pointed out sites along the way to the hotel. I am a nervous traveler and the driver made me feel totally safe. The vehicle was clean with no smoking smells.

A wonderfully clean, well air conditioned Toyota Van, and the Driver was so kind and drove very safe.

Great experience. The driver was timely and Communicative. Was willing and able to answer all my questions.

Our driver, Craig, was waiting for us as we departed the airport. He was very friendly, professional, and a safe driver.

My family and I had a great experience with this transportation company. Craig was extremely responsive and accommodating. My mom's flight got delayed a day and he was able to pick her up the next day. We also booked him again to take up to a resort in Hanover and if was a long but comfortable trip. I would recommend using him.

Best trip! Quick and easy… driver was at pickup point ahead of time, making things so easy. Great conversation, and knowledgable.

Seamless encounter. Driver was waiting once we exited customs. Very professional and delightful personality

This is very easy to review - the experience was great! On time, smooth driving, very professional and friendly. We will book again in the future! Thank you! 🙏

Great experience! Craig, our driver, was waiting for us upon our arrival. He was pleasant and informative.

Driver was on time and accommodating. Excellent service was provided along with valuable insight. I would definitely book this company again.

We ended up having to cancel our trip. When I reached out to let them know we would not be needing transportation, Craig responded quickly. He was warm, friendly and gave us a full refund that was easy & fast. We definitely recommend IslandRidesJa...great customer service!

Smooth and clean airport transfer. Friendly driver. Thanks for a great welcome home start. Happy Holidays

4 stars because I didn’t get a chance to experience the actual service, but EXCEPTIONAL customer service behind it. Quick response and refund. If the actual service is as good as this then it’s most certainly worth giving a go. And I most certainly will try them again in the near future. Context: Flight landed a little early, I didn’t see anyone waiting when I got out so just opted for another service that was available. Sent a msg to say that, got a response soon after. Refund sorted almost immediately.

Great driver, was there despite long delay to flight, really good car, many thanks and appreciated after long flight

Excellent service . Very sharp on time and friendly manner. Explain about the area and recommend things to do during the stay at down town.

Professional, Dependable, Pleasant and Punctual! To sum it up, Island Rides ticked all my boxes. Booking was easy (I booked through IG) and I was truly grateful that I could be accommodated twice for a last minute trip.

The driver was waiting right at the airport exit with a sign showing my name, which made it so easy to find him after our flight. The van was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the ride was smooth the entire way. My family and I felt safe and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone looking for reliable and stress-free airport transportation.

My family and I had a great experience with Island Rides in Kingston Jamaica, Craig went above and beyond. Craig was on time to pick us up from our hotel to airport return trip. I highly recommend this company will use again upon return to Jamaica.

Driver was at the airport on time with my name on a peice of a paper and took us to our destination with ease.

I had a last-minute trip scheduled for Kingston. It also included an early morning flight, which required a 4:30 am pick up from my hotel. Luckily, the Island Rides team was able to accommodate this request. The entire process was professional and I would recommend the team for any transport needs.

Reliable, comfortable airport transfer. Our driver Craig was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. He went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone who visits or resides in Jamaica.

Upon arrival on the island at the Norman Manley International Airport, at the entrance to the arrival exit, my name was visually displayed with our driver's. The journey to my hotel in Falmouth was impeccable, and as a result, I would definitely use this service for future endeavors

Prompt & safe trip from the airport to my hotel. The next day I asked whether Craig could organise to go on the Knutsford which again he did very promptly.

We had an amazing experience with Craig on our shuttle from the airport to our hotel in Kingston! He was super friendly, professional, and really brought the vibes. He let us connect to the Bluetooth so we could set the mood for the trip, and even made a quick pit stop to KFC for us 😝😝 talk about going the extra mile! We’ll definitely be using him again when we’re back, because we’re already planning our next trip🇯🇲. Thanks again, Craig!

Craig was the best driver I have ever had!!! He was respectful, kind, understanding. He was on time and patient. Communication was perfect!! I wish I can bring his business with me on every trip! If there was a 100 stars that would be my rating 5 is not enough!! We all were safe and happy and cant wait for another trip!!

Craig was absolutely amazing. He was professional, kind, and incredibly patient. He was flexible our flight delay. We couldn’t have asked for more. He made us feel welcome in Jamaica and drove out of his way to show us some really beautiful views. I highly recommend his services.

Exceptional service!!! Our JetBlue flight was 90 minutes late (no surprise), but when we finally arrived to Kingston, our driver was there with an iPad patiently waiting.

I had two great drivers. They were friendly and professional. The services was fast. The car was clean and comfortable. It was easy to communicate with the staff via Whatapp over the weekend. During the drive to the hotel, the driver provided history and provided safety top of what parts were safe to travel alone. Thank you for wonderful services.
