I found the lounge very relaxing with friendly staff and wonderful atmosphere and the refreshments had a good variety of food especially the pumpkin soup and the selection of drinks wonderful would recommend it to my friends and family and would certainly do it again the next time

Unfortunately I was unable to use the lounge because my flight was severely delayed and my pick up was already waiting outside for me. My guide was exceptional helpful in assisting us with our luggage. He was kind, respectful and made us feel at ease. I am only sorry that I didn't get a chance to tip and would like to reach out if possible. I look forwards to taking advantage of the lounge on departure.

I have mostly had a great experience with Club Kingston. The cost is reasonable for the benefits. The atmosphere is always lovely, the service is great, and the staff is cordial. I like that you have seating options, a bar and good food. I always make sure to use the lounge when I am travelling.
Variety of food and drinks - great staff who were friendly and helpful. The area was very clean, bright and inviting with zoned areas which cater for different needs and requirements. Would definitely recommend and will be using again when next in Kingston
It was ok great pick up as I exited the plane . First time thing through arrival not much of a selection of good.. coffee was cold , milk difficult to pour.. bathroom use I had to exit the lounge …
Our flight was delayed and it was a nice and comfortable space to be with the family. The staff were kind. Place is clean and well maintained. Food was good. It helped to take the stress off our delayed flight and long journey.
No reservation was found for me. Food selection was very limited. Catered mostly to vegetarians. Drinks and staff were amazing.

This is a fantastic service, one which is very welcome after a long flight. We had a lovely guide called Vivienne meet us immediately as we exited the plane on arrival in Kingston, Jamaica. She escorted us to the front of every queue, passport control, customs etc. Once our luggage was collected she brought us to a private area where we enjoyed some refreshments and delicious snacks while she went to check on our taxi. This is an excellent service if you value time and convenience as we do.

This got booked by my Aunt, who was curious about this experience and wanted to use it during her next trip to Jamaica. I loved the space, seating, privacy, and a view of the football matches on every screen. I had to wait a few hours at the airport for my next flight, so access to wifi and the comforts of the service was a MASSIVE welcome. Staff was kind when I arrived, and I immediately recommended this to my sister, her husband, and mother, who are yet to depart from the island. I especially loved the Jamaican dishes, though I wasn't a big fan of the pastries - that might just be a bias after having a few rounds of Tastee patties during the trip!

I recently treated myself to the VIP Club Kingston Lounge, VIP arrival and departure Service at Kingston Airport, and I can honestly say It was one of the best travel experiences I’ve had. From the moment I landed in Jamaica, I felt welcomed and taken care of. A wonderful staff member named ChakaKhan was waiting for me with a sign displaying my name. She greeted me with such warmth and kindness and personally escorted me through the airport, guiding me through customs and making the entire arrival process seamless and stress-free. My departure experience was just as impressive. I was escorted to the lounge, where I was greeted by a team of friendly, professional, and attentive staff members. Everyone was pleasant, engaging, and consistently checking in to make sure I had everything I needed. Although the food was beautifully displayed and available for self-service, the staff still went above and beyond ensure guests felt welcomed and cared for. And I have to mention the rum punch! It was absolutely delicious, without a doubt one of the best rum punches I’ve ever tasted. If you ever visit the lounge, make sure you try it. The VIP club lounge provided exactly what I needed, excellent service, warm hospitality, a clean and comfortable space, tasty food and great drinks, and I could not forget fast running Wi-Fi! Thank you to ChakaKhan and the entire VIP club Kingston lounge staff for making my arrival and departure is so enjoyable. I love feeling relaxed, appreciated, and already looking forward to my next visit. Until next time, I will definitely be doing this again.
This is the first time in 11 years since I was last in this lounge. I believe the lounge had a refurb in 2025. The lounge is comfortable and the food offering has a wide selection and all the food is clearly labeled with allergens. There was a couple of vegetarian and vegan options. The bar is complimentary and has a good range of beers, wines and spirits.
A very helpful service, you can get yourself through arrivals of course, but it's very reassuring having someone there who knows where everything is and what to do if anything goes wrong. This time everything was fine, and the lady who met me had a great attitude.
It was great as smooth soon as u get off the plane someone was there waiting for u & smooth sailing after that.
Avoid. I booked and paid for arrival and departure service at Kingston Jamaica. The arrival service happened and was effective and efficient. After that my account showed no booking for the departure and I had no communications either. Trip Advisor ignored my email to customer service. I will be reporting them to my credit card for fraud.

Pleased with the service, the arrival section was gretaa s it sped up the process of immigration & customs. The departure I think I will not do next time as the only benefit is lounge access, you have to clear imigration & securty on your own. That said, i would use the arriavl next time.

Very professional, accomodating and friendly staff. The lounge is a nice experience with various types of chairs. However, it is missing footrests or lounge chairs where one can elevate their feet. I will still use the lounge as I am already a repeat customer. That type of chair is available to travellers in the airport departures outside of the VIP lounge
