Small Luxury Hotel nestled in New Kingston. Great atmosphere. Great staff. Small but nice pool 8.5/10. Better than some hotels in Kingson where there are none. Food 7/10 Service 8/10 in side atmosphere 9.5/10 a comfy professional luxury feeling. Rooms, didn't go into one so I will save that comment for next visit. Manuvering around the building kinda tricky with the corners. If you are not careful u might scratch your vehicle. All in all a stay may be more fulfilling. Day pass 6.5/10.

I rate this hotel 5 stars because the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. From the front desk to the bartender and the restaurant staff, everyone provided excellent customer service.
My room included a kitchenette and an in-room laundry area, which was a wonderful convenience. I was able to do my laundry before heading home, and this was the first time I've ever experienced that during a hotel vacation. It made my stay even more comfortable.
I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family. The inside of the hotel is even more beautiful than the outside, and the dedicated staff truly makes the experience exceptional.

This hotel checked all the boxes over my long weekend stay. At a spot right in the heart of town was convenient, felt safe, and restaurants close by. Facilities were clean and up to date, breakfast food was tasty. Staff were nice, well mannered, and attentive. Big ups to this place! oh & washer dryer in my room was a surprise find!!
Stayed 1 night at R Hotel Kingston and overall had a good experience. The service was great from check-in to check-out, and I received back my full $100 cash deposit with no issues. I definitely recommend paying the deposit in cash for a smoother refund process.
The rooms are decent, although a bit outdated, but still okay for a short stay. The breakfast buffet was good too, and the location is very convenient. Overall, a good option if you’re staying in Kingston for a quick trip.
I had a decent stay at R Hotel Kingston overall. The staff was very nice and accommodating, which definitely made a positive impression. I also really appreciated having a kitchenette and in-room laundry—those features made the stay much more convenient.
That said, there were a few downsides. The pool is quite small, especially if you’re traveling with kids. Unfortunately, I also experienced bites during my stay but that comes with being on the island mosquitos bites lol, and the bed itself wasn’t very comfortable. A few small touches could improve the experience, like providing dish soap in the kitchen and leaving extra towels available for guests using the pool.
On the bright side, the complimentary breakfast was the highlight and a great perk for the price. Overall, it’s a good value stay with some areas that could use improvement.
