Great meeting place. Stopped for a quick lunch. Convenient location, ample parking and great food. The Service Team is top notch - fast, efficient, professional, service with a smile. Kudos to Anthony for his excellent attention! Our Server (I can't remember her name) was also quite helpful, and pleasant. All around great lunch experience.
Stayed twice at this hotel during my vacation. Enjoyable experience with my family. No issues with rooms or service. Very clean rooms, the kids loved the pool. Breakfast is #1 reason I chose this place, a wide variety of food options and thoughtful options re: allergies, vegan, non dairy. Buffet Food presentation was beautiful and functional. Al cart Breakfast options were tasty and filling. This is definitely the spot for the after work crowd. Thanks. Will be be back.
Recently moved from close to the Mexican border, so I've developed a love for margaritas. Since I've been here, I've had some pretty bad ones — bitter, flavorless, missing the rock salt, bad aftertaste — then I had one at the bar made by Francis the bartender, and it was perfect. Literally no notes! Sweet without being too sweet, perfect lime, and a nice sour tequila flavor. The salted rim brought it all together perfectly. Besides being excellent at making drinks, he was also super friendly and pleasant throughout the whole interaction. I will be back. 10/10 highly recommend.
Had such a great experience at the bar at the AC Marriott Kingston thanks to Shane and Prince. From the second we walked up, Shane greeted us with the biggest smile and such a welcoming vibe. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does and loves interacting with guests. While we were looking over the menu, I mentioned I was craving something spicy, and Prince immediately jumped in with questions about my taste preferences. He told me he was working on a drink he wanted me to try, and what he created was easily one of the most amazing cocktails I’ve ever had, with scotch bonnet as the star of the show. Bold, balanced, creative, and absolutely unforgettable. Not to be outdone, my friend asked if his cocktail could be infused with mint, and Prince somehow managed to create the second best drink of the night right after the first. The customer service from both Shane and Prince was beyond amazing ; attentive without being overbearing and they built such an easy, natural rapport with everyone at the bar. You could really see the care, creativity, and attention to detail they both put into creating such a personalized experience. Honestly, the bartenders at AC Marriott Kingston are doing something special. Great energy, great hospitality, and seriously good drinks. Shane and Prince definitely made our night even better.
During my time in Kingston, I had the pleasure of staying at AC Hotel and I must say that I was impressed by the hotel setting. With a modern design, the rooms are beautiful. I had a room with a view of the pool, it was breathtaking. The staff is very nice. Their main conference room is big enough for any kind of event. Very well located in New Kingston, it is probably the most chic hotel in the city at the moment. Except for the small downside, one day I ordered an Oxtail and I was very disappointed with the presentation but also with the dish. To say that I ate at other less posh restaurants in the city and it was far better. However, a special mention for the bar, the Barman was very professional and my "New Yor Sour" was on top. If you want to have a great time while you're in Kingston, I highly recommend this hotel.
