From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! The room itself was amazing, the breakfast was delicious, and all of the employees from the reception to the bar to the restaurant went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.
The location is in walking distance to the town center, and we were just a five minute drive from Mucros House and the Torq waterfall.
Wonderful place and I have absolutely no hesitation recommending it to anyone who wants to visit Killarney. Highly recommended! Thank you to the staff again for treating us so well!
We are staying at Randles in Killarney and I wanted to acknowledge how wonderful the stay has been. Great accommodations, the restaurant is really tasty, the service by the entire staff has been top tier. Special kudos to Justin at the front desk who is one of the best hotel/resort representatives we have ever had (and we travel a lot). He is simply superb, very knowledgeable about the area, accommodating and very friendly. We would come back just for that treatment and professionalism. All in all… a 5-Star experience. A++++
This hotel is a real find and is a great base for exploring Killarney, which is not to be missed. It’s an oasis of calm as Killarney can be crowded and busy when the local football club is playing and during the tourist season. The onsite restaurant and bar are excellent. The best food and wine I’ve had in my Ireland trip so far. Good variety of wine by the glass. The duck salad and Irish stew is superb. Reasonable prices. Upscale interior and the staff is fantastic. Highly recommend!
I stayed 3 nights at Hotel Randles, and Maha at reception made the experience truly memorable. She was professional, welcoming, and effortlessly attentive to every detail. Her warm attitude and efficiency made everything smooth and pleasant. A genuine asset to the hotel.

We stayed here in February with my husband and our baby for our first trip away as a family. The staff were fantastic—so welcoming and helpful—and the food was delicious.
Without us even asking, we were upgraded to a junior suite, which was such a lovely surprise. I’ve never stayed in a hotel that offered an upgrade without being asked before. It made our first trip away with our baby feel extra special.
There was a real family feel to the hotel, which made the whole experience even more comfortable for us.
