Hotel Kilkenny

We stayed for two nights while attending a wedding, and from start to finish the experience was excellent. The wedding itself made for a special occasion, but the hotel and staff certainly helped make it even more memorable. We had several interactions with different members of staff throughout our stay and every one of them was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. We arrived earlier than expected and reception went out of their way to accommodate us. Later in our stay, when our children joined us, the team were extremely flexible in arranging our move to a family room. They also allowed us to keep access to our original room until the new one was ready, which meant we didn't have to move luggage around or disrupt our day. We also found the restaurant staff to be very accommodating and willing to help with any requests. It was clear throughout our stay that guest comfort and customer service are a real priority. Overall, our stay was relaxing, enjoyable, and completely stress-free. I honestly can't think of anything that would have improved our experience. The friendliness, flexibility, and attention to detail shown by the staff made our stay a wonderful one. Keep doing what you're doing!

A very nice hotel in the heart of Kilkenny with lots to do. Staff was nice and the food was really good. Rooms were slightly outdated but bathrooms were new and beautiful.

Had my wedding a few days ago and I have to say we were treated so well. From the time we booked the hotel a year ago up until checking out the next morning. All the staff especially wedding staff could not do enough for us. We never felt like the financial end of things was a priority. Nothing we asked for was too much or impossible. Thank you so much to all the staff for contributing massively to the biggest day of our lives.

Fantastic experience as long as you stay on the 2nd or 3rd floors, which have recently being refurbished. Avoid 4th floor, see last pics. Reception team very helpful if you encounter an issue, especially Bianca, who got me moved from a 4th floor room to 2nd floor. This transformed my experience of the hotel. Food and service in the bar very good too. Main entrance looks like a loading bay, but management have plans to improve this.
