We had a lovely stay at the Manor Hotel while on a college volunteering trip visiting local schools. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to accommodate our group, even making sure we could watch the England game at 3am, which was really appreciated!
The hotel has a fantastic pool with beautiful views, and we were lucky enough to have a balcony with an amazing view too. The rooms were comfortable and relaxing and the staff were always friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

I recently stayed at the Manor hotel on a college residental exchange programme. The staff and service is exceptional and a thought goes into every detail and action of your stay. Head chef Amir was brilliant in cooking whatever you needed or wanted, accomodating all dietary requirements.and there was always amazing food on offer at both Breakfast and Dinner. The rooms of the hotel are slightly dated however do everything you need for your stay. Facilities are good with a gym and pool included in your stay. Overall an amazing place with great views and I would stay again.
What an incredible stay at the Manor Hotel Kigali! We brought a group of 16 sixth form students, and from the moment we arrived until the day we left, every member of staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.
A special thank you to Mr Alam, the owner, whose warmth, hospitality and generosity were outstanding. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay.
An enormous thank you also to Amir, the Executive Chef, who is quite simply a culinary wizard. He took the time to sit down with us to create a bespoke menu for our group, happily accommodated all of our requests and dietary needs, and produced an incredible variety of delicious food every single day. His passion for food and attention to detail were exceptional.
The entire team at the Manor Hotel were friendly, professional and incredibly helpful. They were fantastic with our students, making them feel safe, welcome and valued throughout the trip.

The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the food. Chef Amir deserves special recognition — his attentiveness and the outstanding variety of dishes made every meal a delight. The flavors were consistently excellent, and the dining experience felt both personal and memorable.
The hotel itself offers fantastic amenities. I enjoyed relaxing by the pool, making use of the well-equipped gym, and unwinding at the bar in the evenings. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained, creating a perfect balance of leisure and convenience.
