Radisson Blu Hotel & Convention Centre, Kigali

Hello, The receptionists were very welcoming and received me with warm smiles. I especially loved a lady called Peace—she is so wonderful. I would highly recommend my fellow Kenyans to visit this place. It is well organized, and the service is excellent. Peace and love! 🥰🥰

Had a wonderful stay - rooms were spacious, housekeeping was great, and staff were very friendly. Derrick and Fiston from the reception were particularly helpful during my stay and went above and beyond to provide great service. Breakfast was great and enjoyed the live band on Friday night. My only complaint is the dinner service - service was exceptionally slow (after ordering it took almost an hour to get a juice and another hour to get food).

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were always welcoming, friendly, and very attentive. A special thanks to Mr. Abas, who went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay. He was incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. The reception team was also excellent and made us feel very welcome. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had the pleasure of visiting the Kigali Convention Centre today and was fortunate to meet Ms. Sarah at the reception desk. After a few minutes, she kindly offered me a wonderful tour of this stunning architectural masterpiece. I was impressed by the beautiful design of the conference rooms, the spacious exhibition areas, and the seamless connection to the Radisson Blu Hotel. The facility is exceptionally well maintained, with excellent security procedures that immediately make visitors feel safe and welcome. The landscaped walkways, organized parking areas, and thoughtfully designed Radisson Rewards meeting cubes add to the overall experience and showcase the tremendous attention to detail that went into making this venue a reality. What stood out most, however, was the hospitality of the people. Ms. Sarah was exceptional throughout my visit. She answered all of my questions with enthusiasm, patience, and remarkable attention to detail. Her passion for the facility and commitment to providing a great visitor experience were evident from the moment we met. One of the highlights of my visit was a beautifully decorated venue that was being prepared for an event and was not generally accessible at the time. Ms. Sarah went out of her way to contact the appropriate team and seek permission for me to have a brief look inside. Thanks to her initiative and kindness, I was able to experience one of the most impressive spaces in the entire complex. The Kigali Convention Centre is truly a world-class venue, but what made this visit unforgettable was the outstanding hospitality. A sincere thank you to Ms. Sarah for making my experience so memorable. I look forward to visiting again in the future.
