⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay at Park Inn by Radisson Kigali I truly enjoyed my stay at Park Inn by Radisson Kigali. The hospitality and attention to detail were outstanding from the moment I arrived on the 23rd of May still I checked out on the 30th of may. What made my stay even more special was how the team helped make my birthday celebration memorable. I was pleasantly surprised with a beautiful birthday cake tray as I arrived at the reception and a separate welcome tray thoughtfully arranged in my room. These gestures made me feel valued and celebrated. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to assist. The rooms were comfortable, clean, spacious, well-maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay that I have to add more nights to my stay with them. Thank you to the entire team for making my birthday so special. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kigali and look forward to staying here again in the future. ❤️🎂✨
I had a great experience at this facility. The amenities are excellent, with a well-equipped gym, swimming pool, sauna, and steam room that are all maintained to a high standard. A special mention to the trainers in charge, Prince and Felix, who are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and supportive. They are always willing to assist, provide guidance, and ensure members get the most out of their workouts. Their professionalism and positive attitude make a real difference. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality facilities and outstanding support from the staff.
Amazing experience! Very hospitable and accommodating. They adjusted our rooms when flight itineraries were changed. We were a group of 22 people renting rooms and meeting space and they made the visit so smooth. Thankful to all the staff and front desk personnel Marie Paul and others!
My personal experience was very good. The team was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We had gone there for a business meeting, and it was a success. Although there was a small delay in setting up our space due to another meeting that had been scheduled there, the team handled it professionally and ensured everything was arranged properly. Overall, it was a positive experience.
