The view is beautiful, the staff are polite, patient and helpful. The food was okay and well made thought it could do with a bit more variety especially for breakfast. The service was fair and okay.
The structure needs thorough revamping.
There was a little mold in the bathroom, and while showering, water seeped to the ground. Getting hot water in the shower takes like a minute or two. The wall paper was peeling, there were parts of the balcony decking that has fallen off and in my friend's room, there was no chain on the wall. Lights also need to be changed. The ambience in the reception, and in general, was dull.
I would like to go back when the whole building has been renovated.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for 2nights and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The service provided was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for me and my daughter.
What stood out the most was the incredible service and friendliness of the staff. They were always ready to assist with a smile, creating a warm and welcoming environment. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a delightful and hassle-free stay. The combination of excellent service, clean rooms, and a great location with a stunning view makes it a standout choice.
Unassuming mid range Hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is reasonable. Have not been able to use the pool as its not heated and it was raining. I don't like the carpet in the room as it gets smelly and it's hard to clean properly. Rooms are large. Desk chair was falling apart like most hotels and places in kigali the Internet was a bit slow
The customer service is absolutely stellar! Very respectful, very kind, very courteous and very professional. The food was delectable and the chefs outdid themselves every meal. The rooks are actually cleaned everyday. The sheets and pillowcases are usually changed (saw it happening as I was leaving the room). Overall experience, 10/10
For $64 a night I would say this is one of the best prices I have found for B&B. The room were so big it's unbelievable.
A few times I had dinner at the hotel the found was just amazing the chefs know what they are doing they didn't disappoint.
The view from the balcony is breathtaking first thing you see is the pool and a beautiful golf course with miles of beautiful landscape.
Sunrise and sunset were just beautiful 😍😍
That said the downside was the house cleaning it was a disappointment to be in a good hotel and the rooms not cleaned properly, I hope that they will be able to change this 😅
