I spent 5 nights at the Four Points by Sheraton in Kigali, and I had a very nice experience. The room and the bed were very comfortable, the staff was super friendly and helpful in providing support, and the food was delicious, a great variety and top-notch quality for this type of hotels. Very much recommended for a work trip.

Great hotel in central Kigali. Location is really good to wander to some of the main sights on foot. It's also really easy to order a VW Move if you want to go a bit further e.g. to the genocide memorial. Rooms are spacious, beds comfortable, and breakfast is included for all guests (great buffet!). Each and every one of the staff we interacted with was so welcoming and made sure we felt at home. Brew Bar is also nice for a drink or a snack (and very reasonably priced considering it's inside a hotel). If you're on a higher floor, you also get some nice views of the city and surrounding hills.

Their efforts did not go unnoticed, and they played a direct role in transforming a challenging travel situation into one defined by comfort and reassurance. For anyone traveling through Kigali, especially when plans are less than certain, this is a place where you can expect not only consistency, but a team that truly shows up when it counts.
