Radisson Blu Hotel, Oulu

This is such a wonderful hotel and incredibly welcoming to air guitarists! I told the staff that, as an air guitar performer, I really wanted to be able to see the venue from a higher floor. They were so thoughtful and kindly arranged a room for me with a perfect view of the stage! I couldn’t ask for a better hotel. The service is fantastic, everything is clean and comfortable, and it’s such a relaxing place to stay. Thank you so much! ❤️🎸

The hotel is well located and ppl. that are working there, are friendly. The room was too cold, we couldn't adjust the heater. Cause they said, that they have fixed it to 20 degrees, so they gave us an electric heather. The breakfast room was also cold. There's no kids playroom. Also the heater/air conditioning was too loud, so you need ear plugs to sleep. The curtains were not enough to cover the whole wall, so the light come in BTW the curtains.

We recently stayed at Radisson Blu Hotel, Oulu for 5 nights. Overall, it was an okay stay—comfortable in many ways, but with some areas that could definitely be improved. One thing to note is that room cleaning is done only upon request. While we understand the concept, the execution could be better. We requested cleaning once during our stay, but even then, some basics were missed—like replacing towels. I had specifically left a towel in the bathtub to indicate it needed changing, but it wasn’t replaced, which was a bit disappointing. On a more positive note, the breakfast was excellent—we truly enjoyed it every morning, with a good variety and quality. The service from both the restaurant team and the front desk staff was also great. They were friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. In summary, the hotel has its strengths, especially in service and breakfast, but attention to housekeeping details would really elevate the overall experience.

This hotel truly amazed me because of the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind and friendly. The room was perfect, very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. A special mention goes to the buffet food—it was absolutely great! We were treated so well throughout our stay. The facilities for congress events are excellent.
