Not a great experience
AC barely works
The gym and sauna that we specifically booked for, that was blatantly advertised on Expedia, were not open during our stay. We were only told this after checking in ?? Obviously lying about key amenities on third party booking sites is shady and left us with a bad taste in our mouths.
They responded to another review saying they let guests know these key amenities are unavailable AFTER booking - how is that helpful? Update the listing on Expedia! They know this and want people to keep booking under false pretenses. I do NOT want to give that kind of business my money.
Location is good, but I'd recommend getting another hotel. This is definitely not 4 stars. Rooms were okay but nothing special
Pretty good hotel (depends on the standards). Room was quite warm and did not have the control for AC so had to ask receipton for it to be activted. Big room for deluxe one even though the pictures on the website displayed far more modern room than the one we had. High room height was nice. The room had pretty oldish furniture but bed was good (hardish). Breakfast was something that left hoping for more but one could eat and look for their next meal happily.
Excellent older but classy hotel in middle of New Town. It's perfectly located, clean, moderately priced and the included breakfast buffet is superb. Staff was terrific...even let me store my bike in their locked garage every night.
Excellent location. Superior rooms are large with comfortable beds. Nice toiletries too. Unfortunately, the pool was not working but they compensated us with very nice coffee and desserts on the lovely outside terrace facing the pedestrian main avenue. . There is parking but it looked limited..
I stayed at this hotel some time ago, but it’s definitely worth writing a review. The hotel is located right in the city center, making it a great base for exploring Kaunas. The hotel itself is beautifully designed. The rooms are clean and very well equipped. The menu and food stole my heart – I haven’t had such a wonderful sweet breakfast in a long time. There is a small parking area behind the hotel. The high standard and excellent location make this hotel a truly fantastic place to spend time.
