Kauai Lei Greeting At Lihue Airport

I used Kauai Lei Greeting at Lihue Airport as a surprise for family upon arrival. We were about the last folks to get off the plane and to baggage claim and our greeter was there waiting with a smile and our beautiful leis. He took our picture and texted it to me. It was a great experience. They are truly a class company.

He was great! The Lei ‘s were beautiful and he gave us great information! He was at the Airport waiting for us.

Dan did a great job with communicating with us prior to our arrival. We were met at the airport and received the Leis - a great way to start a family vacation in Hawaiian style. We also received a lot of detailed information on things to do on the island which was greatly appreciated. If you have never had a Hawaiian greeting and are going to Kauai I definitely recommend Kauai Lei Greeting!!

The provider of this experience was given our flight information well ahead of schedule and still failed to show up on time. I called 3x to an answering machine. The representative was doing the welcome sign as we walked out the door and blamed it on traffic. I had this special moment planned as a surprise for my husband as we began our anniversary trip to Kauai and it was ruined because I had to tell him we’re waiting on someone to give us a lei greeting. I would absolutely not pay for this service. I was able to use Viator credits for partial payment which made the sting less. It just was not the experience I imagined at all. The lei was shedding petals an hour after we left airport despite care not to bump it or put anything on it. Better fresh lei options are available. Pictures were terrible too as it’s way too dark in the terminal to capture a memorable photograph. Wish I had done my research better!

This was an incredible experience, especially for our family members who had not been to Hawaii before. Dan was so friendly, took photos texted them to me, and also sent us recommendations for things to do and see in Kauai. Highly recommended.

One of the best decisions we made to kick off the trip. The service was great. I honestly was skeptical at first because I've never ordered a lei greeting before but it was well worth it. They kept consistent communication with me even after when they sent me our photos. They gave us some awesome recommendations on places to go and where to eat. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Well, i thought they meant something else by greeting us with a lei but still the flowers and candy were nice and the girl who gave them to us was very sweet.

Dan went above and beyond when delivering the fresh flower leis on Kauai. He offered great ideas on things to do, restaurants, shopping and more. We really appreciated his suggestions Flowers were beautiful and the pictures turned out great.

Was told when we landed there would be someone there to greet us. No one showed up and we were on time and stayed later. Very very disappointed

This is very easy. Dan did all the bookings arrive on time with no delays and a sign to welcome us. He gave me lots of knowledge of places to go do things on the island. Very helpful.

A great company to work with. Dan found us even though our flight from HNL to LIH was an hour and a half earlier than expected. He went out of his way to make our arrival an extra special one. The Lei’s were beautiful. He took our picture and also provided us with information about restaurants, beaches and food trucks on the island. He made our Day!

If I could give 10 stars, I would! I did this as a surprise for my parents and they were blown away. The quality of the leis was amazing. I have been to the islands more times than I can count, and this was well worth the money. Perfect way to start our vacation!

My daughter and granddaughter were so surprised to see Dan waiting for them with a sign. It was my daughter‘s 40th birthday and I got lei’s for both of them. Dan was truly amazing. His follow up on suggestions was over the top. He had suggested lava lava for breakfast, and we went there on Easter Sunday morning, and watched a spectacular display of the whales out in the ocean. It was like a gift from above. His other recommendations, all panned out. Was one of the best things I did while we were in Kauai. The girls enjoyed their lei’s every evening.

Due to weather conditions after 3 delays our flight was cancelled and our options to rebook was pushed back too far so our grandkids spring break would be almost over before we’d even get there.
