Fly along the entire beautiful and amazing Na Pali Coast of Kauai. Every seat is a window seat, and with us you spend more time gazing at the Na Pali Coast than any other air tour.
Only airplanes include the lovely Kipu Kai and the entire Poipu shoreline of Kauai. The helicopters don't have time for this. We see so much more and have ample time for whale watching along the entire Poipu shoreline.
We fly the entire Waimea Canyon and see numerous waterfalls below us. The brown, eroded landscape is in sharp contrast the green of the garden isle seen everywhere else. The "Grand Canyon of the Pacific" is a must see.
Weather permitting we like to fly over this waterfall. It is actually three waterfalls in a line, and one of only 100 you will see on this trip, this one best known for the movie Juraissic Park.
Sometimes called the Crater because it has walls on three sides, this is a beautiful example of abundant waterfalls on Kauai. We love to fly alongside, the waterfalls off the wing tip, a truly amazing experience which we love to share with you.
Hanalei Bay is one of our largest, and beautiful to see. After passing the bay we fly up Hanalei Valley and the 100's of waterfalls, really ribbons of water gushing down from the sky are on all sides off the wings and underneath the plane, a truly amazing view to behold.
It was a very enjoyable and worth the money to see the many beautiful sights! Travis was very informative in sharing his knowledge of the island. My wife and I both were glad we took the tour. We highly recommend it.
This was the highlight of our stay in Kauai. Everything was amazing starting with their very nice and helpful lady with booing. Our pilot, Travis was very friendly warm and welcoming and of course, a very skilled pilot (that very important!). His narrative of what we were seeing made for a fantastic tour. Our pilot was great. You cannot beat the fabulous scenery and his knowledge of the island. So kind and patient. Very enjoyable.
Flying in an airplane is preferable to helicopters. Less noise, less distraction. Less cost. In Kauai, more scenic territory gets covered. Our pilot has the gift of being able to fly the plane and maintain an informative dialog with passengers. He met us once while boarding and used our names throughout. My hopes were not high due to an overcast sky. Once we got up, he navigated successfully between them — we never had a lapse in viewing the beautiful views of paradise.
Incredible experience. Travis was our pilot and he was so kind and knowledgeable. The island was even more breathaking from the sky. A truly unforgettable experience!
The Kauai sightseeing flight was a mind-blowing experience! Watching Kauai, the Na Pali Coast, and the famous Jurassic Park waterfall from above was incredible. We loved it and highly recommend it!
The best way to see the island in a short amount of time. Our guide Travis was a great pilot and tour guide. And, I didn’t get any motion sickness, unlike the boat tours!

If you are on the fence about booking this tour... don't think about it. Just do it! What an incredible experience! Travis was our pilot/guide and he was absolutely fantastic. Wings Over Kauai was very easy to find once getting to the airport and the check in and safety briefing was a breeze. We felt very safe from wheels up to wheels down. Every seat was a window seat and the views are unlike anything we've ever seen! As a total Jurassic Park nerd, this was a bucket list item for me. Unbelievable once in a lifetime views of a place only accessible by air or sea. What a great way to start our Hawaii vacation!
Travis was a great pilot ! Showed us the beautiful island of Kaua'i . Saw many waterfalls , spotted the first whale of the season and many other points if interest. The best way to see the island !

This was an awesome way to start out a trip to Kauai! It helped me plan other sights to visit and the fixed wing plane allowed us to see more of the island in a quick trip that the rotary wing versions of these tours. Awesome views and great flight, very happy that I got to take part in this.

Such a wonderful experience! We got to see the whole island from the air, and the flight was very smooth. Our pilot explained everything really well, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I would do it again without a doubt and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Kauai.

This was a fantastic way to see some beautiful sights! Kiley and Jay crushed this trip, between beautiful sights, geology, and the human history of the space their knowledge added plenty to the trip. There was great wildlife to see including four different pods of dolphins, the boat was comfortable and fast, making sure that we got to see the most possible on this trip. Couldn’t recommend it enough, big thanks to the team that made it happen.

We did not realize until we got to the island that our toddler was not allowed on most tours so we had to scramble to find something. I read about Wings Over Kauai on a Hawaii with toddlers FB group and I'm glad I did! The flight was really special and we got to see parts of the island that we wouldn't have been able to any other way. Well worth the cost.
This was a great way to see many parts of the Island that you would not see any other way than by air. Our tour guide Cade was great. He told us about all the different areas of the Island including history as well.
Cade was excellent. He really knows his home island. Did a great job the entire flight dodging the clouds and still getting us the best views of the entire island. Being able to hear the comms and position reports was great for some additional SA.

If i could give this ten stars, I would! From start to finish this experience was wonderful. Check-in went smoothly, and boarding our plane was an efficient process. Our guide, Koa, was incredible. He was very knowledgeable about the island, its history, and the sights we saw. He made sure passengers on both sides of the plane were able to enjoy the views and spent time answering everyones questions. The views themselves were spectacular, and in my many travels I've never experienced something so incredible. Its not an exaggeration to say I teared up at how gorgeous the views were. Worth every single penny and I would absolutely do this again.

Good island coverage with inaccessible locations
To celebrate my wife's 70th birthday. As as our cruise was in Kauai ,I booked this experience to make it a special day for her . We flew with Travis today, we had a awesome experience. Smooth plane ride with expert pilot. Prone to motion sickness, but had no issues with this adventure.
Travis was amazing and considerate of our time as we had to reschedule to our departure date (due weather) and he was very helpful and reassuring of time considerations.
We did this same tour 8 years ago. It’s still a trip highlight. We have done helicopter tours in the past but they have gotten too expensive so the Cessna is a great compromise. We still saw most of what we saw on the helicopter but at a significantly lower price. Kauai is so beautiful it’s always worth doing a boat or air tour since so much of the island cannot be seen from the ground. An hour always feels too short. All window seats and individual headsets are so helpful. The biggest disadvantage is that due to time constraints you can’t see it all. Even though the pilot did circles for some of the areas I think those on the port side of the plane were a bit shorted and you cannot choose your side as passengers are assigned seats to balance weight. Our pilot also was not as chatty as the last one and I do like lots of miscellaneous comments on what we are seeing.
It’s a one hour flight around the island, giving a view of so many beautiful places. It was well worth it.
