Exceeded expectations! Rey was on incredibly knowledgeable, fun, prompt and professional! You get way more by booking with them than you would! Our children loved it as well! They were able to do everything for one price! Just enough time to see everything.

The actual Pearl Harbor/Missouri tour was fantastic but the organization and communication from Polynesian Adventurers was terrible. Only half of the people on the tour got the messages. When I called I was told it was because I booked through Viator and not directly with them. Not true. Bus driver was not clear on pick up instructions. I would definitely take the tour but prepare for poor communication.

The communication with Polynesian Adventurers was not easy to understand. It was difficult to find the meeting point.

It was a very informative tour and the kids loved it.

We had an amazing experience on our Pearl Harbor tour, and our tour guide/bus driver made the entire day even better! He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, funny, and made the ride just as enjoyable as the tour itself. You could tell he genuinely cared about giving everyone a great experience while also showing the respect and appreciation that Pearl Harbor deserves. He kept us entertained, shared so much interesting history and local knowledge, and made everything easy and stress-free from start to finish. It was one of the highlights of our trip to Hawaii, and we couldn’t have asked for a better guide. Highly recommend this tour, and especially our awesome driver/guide! Overall the trip was fantastic! Rey was very knowledgeable and the experience was unforgettable. Only thing was getting picked up 30 minutes later than the expected time when we landed 45 minutes before the expected pick up time.

We had a wonderful time at Pearl Harbor. The trip was very convenient. Mike (our guide) communicated the moment our plane landed from Kauai. We knew where to meet the van. From there Mike drove us from place to place and the tour offered us plenty of information but yet allowed time to explore on our own. The provided lunch was delicious and kept up full till we returned to our island. Be ready for a long but memorable day.

3 day tour with Wes. He was amazing, funny, full of life and knowledge and was so helpful with teaching us everything and I mean everything we passed by. Would recommend Wes to anyone coming through to Hawaii. Absolutely fabulous!!!

The tour was great, but the Viator communication about the details was lacking. The wrong airlines was more on the confirmation; it was actually another airlines. Pickup up location from the airlines was wrong. I found it very difficult to actually get an airlines ticket. Having said that, I have had several excursions booked thru Viator with not a single problem. There is just some fixing that needs to be done with the Viator Pearl Harbor tour.

Very well organized from beginning to end. Please note that it is A LONG day when flying in from another island. Lot's of walking too!! Rey was a great host!! Very informative and organized. Having the passports/tickets printed out and stapled together ahead of time for each person was GREAT. The extra waters provided were very nice. Lunch was very good as well. Way to go Polynesian Adventure!! Next time we are in Hawaii we will definitely considering using you again for another tour!!

NCL 3 day tour with Wes Our driver Wes has over 40 years experience doing this tours. He was funny , knowledgeable and very friendly!! He made the trip fun and we learned a lot about the history of the island and its people!! I definitely recommend and hope you get to meet Wes one day soon Aloha

The experience would have been five star if we could have seen it all. Our operator was over 90 minutes late picking us up which greatly impacted our time spent at Pearl Harbor. We paid dearly for this experience and were very disappointed that we did not have enough time there. We were also denied any sort of partial refund.

Awesome experience! We didn’t have to worry about driving, parking, buying tickets or lunch. Everything was handled and easy. Our tour guide, Rey, was great…full of knowledge. I would recommend the tour 100%.

The most fabulous tour to discover and learn about Oahu and Pearl Harbour. What made us fall in love with Hawaii was our fabulous tour guide, Kimoke’o , highly recommend to do this tour with our teenagers. So informative and entertaining. One of the best tours I have done to discover a new place. A special and memorable experience for all our family.
