The rooms and people were amazing. The view from the balcony was incredible. We had breakfast there every morning. The only negative is there was no air conditioning but they had fans so you were able to keep it cool with that and having the windows open.

Very misleading when you book. It does say that the room you get will not be exact but it’s a HUGE downgrade. The view is amazing but I certainly would expect the room to be up to date and better taken care than what we experienced. If I were a timeshare owner at the property I would want to know where the heck my annual maintenance fees were going because it was not going towards the maintenance or upkeep of the property. Just to name the main things that I noticed. 1. The only thing upgraded was the granite countertops and the appliances. 2. Carpets are original and beyond filthy and stained with visible mold. 3. Apparent water damage. 4. Visible mold in the bathrooms. 5. All of the utensils in the kitchen are the cheapest you can buy and extremely limited. No cheese grader or glass pitchers. No extras at all. 6. Hot tub is great and so is the pool. 7. Showers were gross with original tile. I wore sandles in the shower. 8. No doors to the bathrooms they have a curtain hanging. If you have mold issues this would not be the place to stay.
Room had issues....something was moving around in the guest bathroom fan. The main bedroom bathroom toilet made a continuous tapping sound after being flushed, the washer didn't spin out properly and clothes we dripping wet when cycle finished and dryer did not dry properly sometimes requiring 4 cycles per load. The view was very nice, the towels were soft. Parking was tight. Beds were comfy. Princeville is a bit far from most excursions but is lovely. One thing that I found very frustrating was, we are at founders level, which involves a HUGE investment. We talked to 3 different concierge reps about beach equipment "rental" and each had a different answer. One told us they have equipment onsite they let owners use and can get the day needed (brooke). I had a message left by another(collette) that said they forgeot to give me my rentals..very strange since I didn't need yet so when I called her back to tell her what we would need she said to just stop by when needed. So, when I did, the third rep said I had to attend a 30 minute meeting to use them. When I explained i only needed them for a couple of hours that afternoon, that was all, she still said i had to attend the meeting to use them. The others did not mention that condition. What a crock. We had invested a fortune with Wyndham, were already at their highest level, and we couldn't use a couple of beach chairs and umbrellas which they had on-site in a closet? My advice is to stay far away from Wyndham...they are not concerned with even the smallest services. They are in constant high pressure sales mode, which i am sure was the purpose of the meeting, and often reduce a levels benefits to get you to buy more to maintain your current benefits.
The best view ever of the ocean. No air conditioning, but don't need it. No elevators. Rooms are good and beds are good. Presidential suite has lots of stairs to get to it, but the view is stupendous.
We are presently staying at Shearwater resort. Our room is immaculate and well-appointed. The view from our deck is amazing and we are on the ground floor. There are three floors but there are no elevators. They're also are no air conditioners, but ceiling fans are located in each room.
