A truly peaceful and relaxing stay. The hotel is in a beautiful location, Spa facilities were excellent Highly recommend for a restful getaway. Would definitely book here again next time i visit. food at this restaurant isn't good though so i would not recommend getting a half board

In comparison with other hotels in other cities, for such amount of money this feels overpriced. It seems neglected with no attention to details, which leaves a bad impression. ❌ Negatives - carpets in Deluxe room had a lot of faded stains, in general it does not feel like a Deluxe room - Comfort room looked way better with bigger bathroom, prettier furniture (ugly carpets were in hallways as well) - we had ants in room (just a few) - in the hallway there were spiders in corners during our whole stay - leaves impression that it doesn’t get cleaned properly - “Fitness” is just one tiny tiny room with three machines - swimming pool is small and had cold water - breakfast - oatmeal was every day in the same double-food-cover as some salty type of food (vegetables/sausages etc.) ✅ Positives - location, views - clean beds, bathrooms - lot of storage space - Deluxe room was really big

A bit above the main city centre, but the view is wonderful. Dining on the terrace at sunset gives a fantastic scene. Very good breakfast and dinner were included in our room rate.

This was a very nice stay! Check in was easy, but they do require an id or passport (preferred) for check-in. The rooms are nice and comfortable, a little dated, but fit all of our needs. The coffee and tea in the room are not complimentary. Breakfast buffet was included, the food was great with a good variety. The hotel is located on a steep slope, and parking is limited.
