Spa Hotel Iris

Would like to share our experience staying in hotel: first of all extremely friendly staff, always making sure you are happy and comfortable! Kamo was greeting us after arrival, very friendly and in nice manner explained us everything. We would like to recognise very lovely person - Veronica from cafeteria ! Thanks for her service !!!! And last but not least wonderful massage therapist Vaclav!!!! We have great appreciation —- Thanks a lot guys! I hope we will be back Valeria from Chicago

I visited the hotel with my boyfriend for a relaxing weekend and was really disappointed with our stay. The receptionist was unfriendly from the moment we arrived and didn’t speak English, which made every interaction quite difficult. Instead of welcoming us, she made us feel like we were bothering her, and she even wrote my personal details incorrectly on a form, then insisted they were correct when I pointed it out. The biggest issue, however, was the spa package. We booked what the website advertises as a “relaxing stay for two,” with pictures clearly showing couples enjoying treatments together. In reality, most of our treatments were scheduled 30 minutes apart, and there seemed to be no option to do them at the same time. When we asked whether anything could be adjusted, the receptionist made no real effort to help and simply responded with “no” or “fully booked.” We eventually spoke to another staff member, but she also didn’t speak English and didn’t understand why we expected the treatments to be shared. The facilities themselves appear to be designed for only one person, which makes the website’s advertising very misleading. Overall, the experience didn’t match what was advertised, and the poor service made it even more disappointing.

Clean & beautiful. Friendly &helpful staff, almost everyone speaks ether Russian or English. The street is very quiet. Very nice Spa with NOT clorinated pool (that was the best!) & good breakfast! I wish they had eggs made to order though, and more kosher meat options, but there were always hardboiled eggs available & planty of good quality breads & cheeses. Highly recommend!

- Great Location - Nice room - everything is very clean - nice spa, but small - good variety of food for breakfast. Even if you come late (just before 10) there is enough food left. - staff is very polite, speaks Russian, English, German - there is no thermal water as mentioned. In the evening it was told us the fountain is operating during the day. Next day in the morning we checked, it was closed again….
