I did not know what to expect after reading so many mixed reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. The service was fantastic and everyone, I would say 99 percent of hotel personnel, were kind and accommodating, and some were enthusiastic. Yes, the hotel is outdated, however, it is clean and well maintained. The food was outstanding for a buffet style and the rotation throughout the week kept things interesting with different choices for every day of the week. That said, I think the Hotel has lots of potential to excel among other top-tier hotels around the area. For example, adding an AC to the rooms would definitely help, as it does get hot in the rooms during the hottest days. Small tip is to choose the city view rooms because that's the side where the sun sets, so those rooms stay cooler throughout the day. Also, the hotel has a fantastic pool and there are some loungers inside the pool, however, it would have been nice to have some loungers outside the pool, as there is so much unused space around the pool and the hotel in general. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Ok, let’s start with positive- Rooms are big and with is more important CLEAN!!Staff is helping with your questions , location is great, great view. Now let’s do negative- this is place to help people with some kind of health issues, more oriented for older patients. The Hotel is located on high hill with make older people very difficult to access. If want to visit city, they offer you free bus or funicular with is great but to get it you need to walk about 100 meters on the hill!!! I don’t know why 5star hotel can’t offer like every hours small shuttle to the city??? It’s not a big expense but make more convenient for people. They have big pool, 2 jacuzzi, sauna, but don’t know why, only one jacuzzi was working for 15 minutes every hour??? When we asked why, the answer was - it’s automatic and we can do nothing. So if you want to use the jacuzzi, you need to be lucky get them when is working and is free of other people.Second jacuzzi was never working with make big disappointing. Other big negative- if you come in summer like we come, be prepare- room has no AC!!! Day- night- hot inside and nothing will help, some people get lucky and received fan , but staff has just few of them for all hotel! All around this is far away from 5 star hotel, that why I give only 2 star, and don’t know more like I will not recommend it.
Imagine a self-proclaimed 5-star hotel with the service of a 1-star motel and that's what this place is. My parents and their friends stayed here in a group of 10 people for multiple days, celebrating the birthdays of 2 in the group and I was with them. There were multiple issues: 1. The hotel rooms or restaurant didn't have any air conditioning. There was a major heat wave of 35C and only some rooms got a portable air conditioner, but not others. The hotel staff made no effort to procure additional air conditioners or fans or even apologize for such a state of rooms. It was impossible to have a good night's sleep. 2. My parents and their friends booked the hotel restaurant for the birthday dinner. The room wasn't air conditioned and it was extremely hot. When we talked to the staff about a possible solution - including opening all the windows and doors to air out the room and procuring fans - the staff made zero effort to help and the answer was always "I guess" but then they wouldn't actually do it without us repeating it to them multiple times (we literally had to police them). There was even one waiter - older and bald - who was extremely rude. We said it's too hot and he said "well, it's summer! Then you should have visited in the winter". The rudeness of the staff was on full display in this hotel. 3. Overall, the answers of the staff to every request was always "no, we can't help". Sometimes neutral, often plain rude. This is the type of service one gets in post-Soviet countries and this "5-star" hotel seems to be no exception. We do not recommend staying in this hotel. This is by far not 5 stars at all. Maybe 1-star hotel.
From the moment you walk in - you know it’s a different experience, and a higher level of service . The food was amazing - the doctors and treatments were always on time, and the staff……second to none. Thier best concierge is Safir, who is fluent in 4 languages, took care of all of my needs, and provided amazing conversation when I was in the lobby. He always went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of - he is an excellent concierge, and an amazing person. Ask him about the town - or about the world - he knows so much! Thank you hotel Imperial!
Absolutely wonderful place! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is incredibly delicious, exquisite, always different every day and a large selection. The numbers look like they're from a Victorian era movie. It's always very clean. We were particularly pleased with the presence of a coffee machine in the room. A great gym and the opportunity to attend group training sessions is a particularly good bonus. I especially liked the location. It's a little far from the springs, but if healing water is not your priority, then it doesn't matter. Here, peace and quiet are the priority, there is a forest nearby and no noise of cars and the city. A very cool little square right in front of the hotel, where you can enjoy the silence. I would especially like to mention the dining room. Here it is not a place where you just need to have a quick meal and leave, but a place where you can enjoy the evening like in a real beautiful restaurant. I absolutely recommend it!!!
