From the very first minute, Olympic Palace made me feel like I’d accidentally walked into a masterclass on how to welcome guests properly. The staff were so genuinely kind and attentive that I started wondering if they secretly compete for “Nicest Human of the Year.” Warm, smooth, and delightfully personal welcome experience — the kind that makes you think: Yep, I chose the right hotel.
A special thank you to the breakfast waiters, Honza Božek, Honza Váňa, and Jakub Nedorost. Every morning they greeted us with a warm smile, provided excellent service, and made sure everything was perfect throughout breakfast. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made every breakfast a wonderful experience. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!
The resort is conveniently located, yet peaceful and quiet at night. The rooms are beautifully upgraded and spotless. We also enjoyed every meal we had here. Excellent customer service was provided by all the staff, with special thanks to Director Alena, Doctor. Elena, spa receptionist Yulya, and waitress Nellya. Wonderful stay!
Lovely hotel, worthy of their 5 stars. Everything was clean and tidy and of excellent quality. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with great variety and it was very fresh. Room was spacious and very well designed. All of the wellness stuff was great also. Only drawbacks were the temperature of the hotel which is kept at 24 Celsius and the thermostat in the room is locked and cannot be adjusted. I enquired about this at reception and was told to crack a window. I didn't find this suitable as even with the window open it was too warm to sleep. Other than this it was a perfect experience and I highly recommend this place.

It’s hard to describe, but this hotel doesn’t just offer luxury — it offers warmth, kindness and attention to every little detail. Everything is impeccably clean. Not just “hotel clean”, but spotless, fresh and professionally maintained every single day. Walking into our room after housekeeping felt like stepping into a brand new space each time. The entire hotel smells amazing and looks elegant and polished at all times. The spa is simply magical. Beautiful, peaceful and perfectly maintained. The sensory showers, water jets and relaxation areas made us feel completely disconnected from the world. Honestly, just being there already feels like therapy. The treatments were wonderful too — so relaxing and done with such care. It feels like a true luxury wellness sanctuary, not a clinical space like in many other hotels. The food was another highlight. Every meal felt special — so much variety, everything fresh, delicious and beautifully presented. The dining room is gorgeous and cozy at the same time, and the staff were incredibly sweet and attentive. You can really feel that they enjoy taking care of guests. But what truly makes Olympic Palace unforgettable is the people. Every single member of staff had a smile, kind words and such positive energy. Everyone speaks English, everything is easy, and you constantly feel comfortable and looked after. It’s that rare kind of service where you don’t feel like a “customer” — you feel like a guest. One of them even spoke Spanish, which was such a lovely surprise! 🥰 And we have to say a very special thank you to Jitka, who was an absolute angel with us. From our first emails, I already had the feeling we were in good hands. She helped me organize a personalized birthday surprise for my boyfriend and made everything so thoughtful and perfect.❤️❤️ When we arrived, she welcomed us so warmly, showed us around the hotel, offered us drinks and a small dessert, and later surprised us with a bottle of prosecco in our beautiful room. Such small gestures, but they meant so much to us. She truly made us feel special and cared for. We will never forget her kindness. This trip was meant to help us relax and recharge after a very busy period… and Olympic Palace gave us exactly that and so much more. We felt pampered, calm, happy and completely at peace. Leaving was honestly hard. And that says everything. We will definitely come back — not only for the luxury and the spa, but for the feeling this place gives you.
