This hotel was a joke worth maybe 2 stars. Older waitress at the breakfasts was very rude as well as old receptionist lady. Breakfast had very little choice in general, and for vegetarians it is a pure misery. Every day eggs prepared in only one style. No fresh fruits apart from oranges and grapefruits. Coffee was bad. Pastry was industrial and too sweet and 30 minutes prior to breakfast end there was almost nothing left. Cheese was of poor quality and only 2 types of Eidam. They had almost no veggies apart from cucumber, tomato and pepper. Fruit juice was awful sweetened stuff from concentrate. Fortunately we didn't get any other food than breakfasts there. Swimming pool was tiny, sauna was closed every day, whirlpool was only half functioning and on Tuesdays closes already at 17h due to cleaning. There were vasps at the staircase (hundreds) so I warned the receptionist and I almost had to beg them to do something about it. Otherwise it was pure oblivious reaction. Parking was expensive at the hotel 200 Kč/ day and they only had a couple of places for the whole hotel. We decided to park on the street 40 Kč/day but it was sometimes far and inconvenient (luggages, bad weather, high heels). Ruská street is sometimes busy so if you have a room giving to it in the summer or if you lile to sleep with your window open you need to consider the noise. During the daytime every 15 minutes the bell from the church also tolls. Elevator is the slowest one I have ever encountered, it was much faster to go to the second floor on foot. Room on the second floor of the main building was tiny, we didn't get any slippers and there was no aircon. Furniture was dated, there were very little hangers. Price corresponding to real 4* hotel was not appropriate for this type of services, food, accommodation.

Nice Spa Hotel in Marianske Lazne. Been traveling alot in Czech republic. Must say, that this hotel really was a hitten gem for the price. Staff really nice and professional. If you want to experiance a real Czech Spa holliday, I recommend this Hotel.
Historic wellness hotel close to Forrest, friendly service, good food, drink prices a bit steep
We were there just for 2 nights and 3 days, kind of a long weekend. In general everything was fine. Staff is very nice and friendly, but mostly speaks only German, no English... Cleanliness of the rooms could be better, I guess the maids never checks the curtains in the rooms coz they do their job in the first part of the day. Our curtains were horrible, it's not so much visible from the photos but in reality it was much worse. Breakfast was okeysh.... not bad but cannot say good as well... very small variety. Dinner was better. You cannot sit where you want in the restaurant during breakfast. Even when magority already had breakfast, you sit where they will let you, even if there is empty tables you would sit with some family/strange people... For dinner you have also a specific table with other people. Check out is at 11:00 am.
