Hotel Renesance Krasna Kralovna

As in real life – it’s what’s inside that counts. Outwardly, this hotel deserves its four stars: the rooms are pleasantly spacious, with lovely stucco decorations and an excellent location right in the pedestrian zone. However, on closer inspection, I can only confirm what many other reviewers have already mentioned. Everything feels rather worn, the beds are uncomfortable, and the sheets far too small. Breakfast was below average and quite unimaginative – certainly not as appealing as shown in the photos. For the price, it’s acceptable, but honestly, we expected more.

I am also a hotelier and this miserable dirty accomodation and indifference of the staff irritated me a lot. such owners who are only interested in how to grab money and don't care about satisfying the customers should change their profession the hotel says it is 4 stars but in reality it is not even for 1 The room was shabby and dirty with broken furniture. the corridors smelled musty, and the highlight of the case is that there is no wifi anywhere!!! neither in the corridors nor anywhere!! even though we complained to the reception and they said they would bring a technician, the next day he told us they couldn't do anything!!so they just don’t care!!!so we have to payed for roaming more than 30 euro!!

The location of the hotel is beautiful and the lady at the reception was very helpful and kind. Rooms are not cozy and breakfast are not very good. But for its price, I would not complain. I think it's a good choice for its price but photos in internet is a bit misleading because everything looks better.

This is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in hotels. I booked two double rooms for two nights. Rooms are dirty, when you walk without shoes you can feel all the dirt on your feet, carpets are full of hair of other guests. In my room we had problem with smelly bed and pillow. It smells like sweaty man and my husband couldn’t sleep on it - had to use sofa. When I got to reception at 8:05 (receptionist should be there from 8-20h) nobody was there and even when I called the appointed number twice they did not pick up. After another 5-10 minutes rude receptionist showed up. When I told her about the problem, she just said “I’ll tell maid to do something about it”, I did not get any apology, explanation, nothing! And when I asked when they gonna solve it I just got answer “after other guests leave”. Breakfast is below below below average. Starts at 8am, at 9:15am they did not have rohlik anymore, lemons to use for your tea were dry looking few days old. Coffee was not fresh - some instant cheap wannabe. I am very disappointed, because this hotels looks very nice but when you check closer, it’s dirty.
