Hotel Nabokov

We had a booking for 2 person room. Hotel provided us single person room and their excuse is they are full. So, they turned single rooms to 2 person rooms. Even though i made the booking 3 months ago, we have to deal with such issues. Basically be ready to get scammed if you book here

My husband and I are very happy that we chose Hotel Nabokov for our stay. From the very first day, we truly enjoyed everything here. The atmosphere, the service, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We would especially like to highlight Dr. Natalia Krasenkova. She gave exceptional attention to our individual needs, answered all our questions professionally, and carefully selected treatments tailored specifically to our health concerns. Her approach made us feel confident and well cared for. The entire staff is excellent—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. We will gladly return here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality stay.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, Marianske Lazne as well is a very beautiful town. The room and the bathroom were very spacious and clean. The pillows were unfortunately uncomfortable and there was little sound proofing so we were disturbed every morning at 6 AM but the very loud talking of some guests. Wifi speed is slow and keeps getting disconnected. The hotel is right at the city center and within walking distance from a beautiful forest trail. A few mini shops and restaurants are available within walking distance but the nearest supermarket is around 1.2 km away. A parking garage costs 7 Eur per day and is located about 350m from the hotel. It is also possible to park in the street for cheaper. Food was amazing, there was something for everyone. Breakfast: Breakfast was very varied and had continental dishes and also a few warm dishes. They also had fresh fruits, yogurts, puddings, a couple of pastries, cooked and fresh vegetables, and many meat based cooked dishes, sausages and different types of eggs. Dinner: Dinner was buffet style and had a large selection of canapés, salads, bread, cheese, different vegetables and meat dished in addition to 2 different dishes that would be cooked right in front of us by the chefs. During our 2 days stay I had the fish dish and it was always delicious and beautifully plated by the chef. The staff were exceptionally friendly. The hotel was mostly frequented by people over 60, we didn't see any young people whatsoever.
