We stayed here for a couple of nights during the summer and were happy with our stay overall. The location is excellent, with the town centre, cafés and colonnades all within an easy walk. It’s especially convenient for older visitors as there are no steep hills on the way. The room was comfortable and good value for the price. There was a fridge, everything was clean, and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. She even provided us with a kettle when we asked, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was another highlight. The buffet offered a good choice of hot and cold food and was a great start to the day. The hotel has paid parking, but if you don’t mind a short walk, there’s free parking about 7 minutes away near a supermarket. We left our car there without any problems and usually found plenty of spaces. The only downside was that our room faced the road and didn’t have air conditioning. Traffic noise wasn’t too bad, but because it was on the sunny side, the room became quite warm from early morning, even with the curtains closed. There’s also a small swimming pool, probably better suited for children. We didn’t have time to try the sauna, but it’s a nice extra to have. Overall, we enjoyed our short stay and would happily recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in Mariánské Lázně.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Room was bit older. Breakfast products could be better quality. Room was street facing and even though the city is quite calm during the night it’s better to have ear plugs. Parking is limited so you can park on street or by Kaufland (10 min away). City center is close.
Rooms were adequate. It's just that sometimes the room does not get cleaned. Also, I don't think the beddings were replaced that frequently. There was a time also when I had to ask for towels from reception as no one came to give us new towels or fix the room. Maybe it was just timing as they might have been overloaded by the number of guests, especially during a chess tournament. Still, we had a good experience in the hotel, due to its proximity to many restaurants and attractions in Mariánské Lázně. There's also a quaint bar in the basement of the hotel that I have grown accustomed to. It's quite cozy and with a TV to watch games and sports
Lovely spa and wellness hotel woth lots of wellness treatment options. The breakfast was good. Definitely really good coffee. Friendly staff that mainly speak Czech and German
The hotel is ideally situated next to the park, with its Café opposite the children's play area and the two natural springs. The spring further down the park behind the athletes stadium tastes good. The room was very comfortable, spacious, and clean. The restaurant served a brillant breakfast buffet, catering to everyone's needs. The evening meal was varied and delicious. One had to indicate ones main choice the night before. The pool and sauna were very good. The spa options were plenty. I had a massage and felt really relaxed after. I can highly recommend taking the opportunity if you are there. We will definitely be coming again.
