Stayed for a spa weekend and it was lovely! Clean, spaceous rooms, friendly, attentive service, cool treatments. One note: as it is in all of Marianske Lazne, English speakers are scarce, so bring a German, Russian, or Polish speaker ;). That said, the people here will figure out how to help you regardless.
Pacific is perfect for vacation year round! I am truly amazed by this place! It is equally pleasant for summer or winter vacation. The staff are very friendly. From day one, they assisted with our needs regardless what the request was. The rooms are clean and extremely cozy. The view from the windows is so beautiful, it looks like a painting. The food was delicious and fresh as the chefs cooked it right in front of you. Also they provided many options so anyone could happily enjoy the food. The cafes, shops, kolonada, parks, ski tracks and other hotels are all within walking. We especially liked the variety of activities provided by the hotel. There were things like Nordic Walking, yoga, lectures, arching, and many more. You will definitely not be bored there. Whatever interests you have, you will definitely find something to enjoy here. Another huge plus is that Pacific has a spring directly linked to it that you can drink from (if you don’t feel like walking to the Kolonada). Big thank you for the wonderful stay! This hotel is a gem. The location is great, 3-4 min walk to the Colonada. There are so many small shops and cafes. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. There is a wide variety of meals to choose from. We loved their food! It’s clear that hotel management keeps a high standard of service.
We wanted to stay in this hotel and were checking the rooms on booking.com. There were many rooms available (there still is), but we made the mistake of calling the hotel upfront. The lady on the phone said that there will be a huge party coming to the hotel tomorrow so they cannot give any rooms today (doesn’t make sense because we were going to stay for a night) Long story short, the hotel apparently is not interested in making money or filling the rooms. So we took our business to somewhere else
This hotel is a true gem for any traveller. From the moment I stepped in, I was warmly welcomed by a lady who smiled as she guided me to the elevator, pointing out the blissful wellness facilities along the way. The room was a paragon of space and comfort, with a bathroom that beckoned relaxation. After a night of profound rest, I indulged in a lavish and tasty breakfast. Without a doubt, this hotel is worthy of five stars, and I look forward to my next stay!
