The worst hotel experience I have ever had. A complete waste of money, a ruined vacation, and a deeply unpleasant experience that left a lasting negative impression. Every room we stayed in had a strong, disgusting smell of animal urine. After some time, the smell of mold became noticeable as well. The bathtub where I had bubble bath treatment I stayed in had clearly not been cleaned after the previous guests. There were both male and female hairs left in the tub, along with a visible line of dead skin residue on the walls. This was absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptablel. The food was another major disappointment. It seemed that the hotel was cutting costs as much as possible by reusing leftovers from the previous day or even two days earlier. All the cutlery had a terrible, unpleasant smell. There was not even complimentary plain drinking water available, either cold or hot. The doctor was extremely nervous, and the rest of the staff seemed equally stressed and rude. Do not expect helpful medical advice. Overall, this hotel feels like a two-star property at best, certainly not the standard it presents itself as. The level of hygiene, food quality, staff attitude, and overall service was far below any acceptable standard. We paid the full amount upon arrival, but when we decided to leave much earlier than planned because the conditions were unbearable, we received no refund. Apparently, once they have your money, they have no reason to care whether you enjoy your stay or even remain at the hotel. I would strongly advise anyone considering this property to think twice before booking. Save your money, protect your health, and do not risk ruining your vacation the way we did.

Beautiful hotel in an incredible location absolutely poorly run. We arrived for 2 weeks, booked 2 larger rooms for 4 people. Place was advertised by Sanatoriums (on youtube and thier web) as a 4 star hotel with great services and chefs meals. We had all inclusive packages. Upon arrival everything went wrong, one of our rooms had a couch that had animal urine all over, second room given had a loading deck right under the window, where truck would come start unloading from 4am, not allowing for any sleep, absolutely low quality, very scarce selection of food, serous hygiene issues at the restaurant/buffet, very low med quality services. We tried to go to the assigned baths, that apparently don't even have any salt/minerals added and were just bubble baths, where my sister discovered a lot of human hair and skin remains swimming in her bath, she left immediately. Extremely rude staff that just disregards any asks or concerns. When we voiced out concerns and asked for a refund for an unused portion, we were denied and that we had inflated expecations. I don't think that expecting a clean room where one can have a restful sleep, or edible fresh food that wouldn't cause stomach issues or a clean med area is Inflated by any means. I can continue writing more, regarding each separate interaction and incident but I won't be wasting your time, because I think the picture is pretty clear. After all that stress and plenty of unresolved issues we had to leave 7 days earlier, no refunds or compensation were issued.
Really overpriced (~200 EUR per night) for a very old hotel. -Location: The hotel is situated uphill and quite a distance from the city center. Point for the offered free bus but its not frequent to always accommodate your needs. -Rooms: Quite old. Sockets are located in another part of the room, so don't expect to find anything next to the bed. The TV had internet options, however, it was not connected. We were told that "people usually take their laptops if they want to watch something." I still don't know why a TV is even needed in hotels... -Breakfast and dinner: Very few food options. Desserts are basically frozen cakes from supermarkets. Sad.... -Wellness: generally fine, but it aslo old, the paint from ceiling fell long time ago, the tiles in a pool also falling for some time, so u can take some as a souvenir.
The management of this hotel will do pretty much everything they can to make your stay unpleasant. The buffet dinner was at the borderline of edibility (slightly worse than what you get in a state-run hospital or school canteen). Breakfast was OK. As part of our package we had a massage. However, upon arrival the receptionist informed us that the massage is booked for 9:00 am (i.e. breakfast time). We were told that we may be able to change it next morning but we have to come early and there is extra fee. After reading the other reviews we decided not to bother. Anyhow, rooms are clean but unfortunately went through a 90s style redecoration (paintings of semi-naked women are prevalent). The tap water in the whole hotel smells of mould. Spa/Wellness is surprisingly nice but please be aware that you will need to book a slot(but the staff will not tell you that you have to). They also charge 300,- per day for parking. Drinks are rather overpriced (90,- for Pilsner). To sum up, do not go to this hotel. The pictures may look pretty and the hotel looks nice from the outside but services are poor and the whole experience will leave a sour taste in your mouth.
DO NOT GO THERE! I’ve never though this type of spa resort hotel are exits. I do not understand why or how did they get 8.0 rating on booking.com and 4.1 on google. • The buffet: During the breakfast half of the bacons and the sausages were cold. And we found hair on the cheese plate. The dinner was also super bad. All the vegetables were taste like fish and smell like fish. •The Staff: they were very unfriendly and they do not know how to handle the complain I guess. The Good part: The venue and the surrounded area was really beautiful. They can do better and they should. The price that we paid and the service we get was unbelievable.
