Boutique Hotel Swisshouse

Vacation at the SWISSHOUSE Hotel in Mariánské Lázně. I would like to share our vacation at the SWISSHOUSE Hotel in Mariánské Lázně, Czech Republic. First of all, I want to call the entire hotel staff "a family" in the best sense of the word. Let's start with the basics: * Housekeepers OKSANA and TATIANA are wonderful, lovely, and very responsible! They always do an excellent job quietly and peacefully, with a smile and willingness to help. Everything we wanted and asked for, we received immediately. * Receptionist NOEMI is always willing and ready to help, handling all requests perfectly and with deep empathy. * Chefs MARIE and VLADIMIR prepared wonderful, delicious, varied, and rich food every single day, both for breakfast and dinner. Everything we wished to eat, they cooked for us to perfection. * Service staff PETER and TOMAS served us flawlessly, both during daily meals and with our special requests. A pure pleasure! * And now the owners, the mother and father of this family: PAVLINA and DAVID. They are the glue and the soul of the entire family. Truly extraordinary people! Everything runs amazingly well under their care. Perfect management! And now a bit about our wonderful holiday at the hotel. The hotel is located right at the edge of the forest in an ideal setting. We stayed at the hotel for 24 wonderful days. They arranged a very beautiful suite for us on the second floor with an incredible view! Everything was clean and very neat. They catered to our every need; every request was answered immediately. Simply tremendous care! On the day we left, we even received gifts from them! It can all be summed up in one word: a perfect vacation! The whole family deserves enormous gratitude for their flawless hospitality!

I’ve really enjoyed my weekend stay at Boutique Hotel Swisshouse in Mariánské Lázně. The hotel has a lovely cozy, welcoming family atmosphere. You really feel welcomed. The food is absolutely phenomenal, from The home made breakfast to the 3 course dinner menu. Location is great as it’s walking distance to the centre of town, but still in a quiet location surrounded by greenery.

Very nice, small hotel. The room and all other interiors are comfy. Everything was very clean. There are some nice art prints and sculptures here and there. Moreover, there is a nice garden where you can relax. The staff was very friendly and helpful adding to the lovely personal flair of the hotel. Breakfast was also great (make sure you don’t miss the homemade variations of bread). All in all, Boutique Hotel SwissHouse in my opinion is a very nice place for staying in Marienbad and enjoying a good time.

Fantastic hotel with a warm, attentive welcome. We only stayed one night but were really impressed by the staff, the room, the food and the whole ambience of the hotel. We enjoyed the 3 course meal in the evening which was fantastic value for such great quality dining. Our room was huge and the bathroom outstanding with a roll top bath. Set in a quiet position in the town, I would highly recommend staying here. The breakfast was lovely and the homemade bread was exquisite - definitely make the most of this! The manager gave us a personal send off as we checked out too which was a nice touch. We would like to come back and stay longer!
