We had a wonderful stay at Hermitage By Edward. Food was truly delicious and the staff was super friendly. They took care every need and it was a very pleasent stay at the edge of the Victoria resorvoir. We specially loved the interior and the amenities including the library was excellent. That is actually one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever seen. The moment you step inside, you feel as though you’ve entered another world. A place designed with great care, set amidst beautiful nature. Both the manager and the staff are incredibly helpful, friendly, and open people who give you a very warm welcome; you feel welcome right from the start. Unfortunately, we could only stay for one night, but I’ve firmly resolved to come back here.

Damith and his team were impeccable from start! They were so attentive and made sure we were completely comfortable and had everything we wanted. The chef was great and made us a lovely Sri Lankan meal both nights. The breakfasts were also delicious. The property is clean and the beds were really comfy. We loved it here!
