We had a peaceful stay. We were there on BB basis and they had a very good breakfast spread. Service is good. Friendly staff.
The room was clean with a good space. We booked the suite. They stated suite-lake view. But you are seen a very small part of the lake. Like you have bend over the railings to see the lake. Mostly it like mountains and city view kind of a situation.lf possible Make sure to book a room in a higher floor.
That was our only minus point, all the other things were in a very good manner.
We had a wonderful two night stay at Radisson Kandy, and it has been such a lovely experience, especially because we came here to celebrate our little girl’s 3rd birthday. ❤️
The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, and the buffet was absolutely delicious. However, what made our stay even more special was the warmth and kindness of the staff.
A special thank you to Mr. Theekshana from the restaurant. Throughout our stay, he was incredibly attentive, warm, and thoughtful. Every time we visited the restaurant, he made sure we were comfortable and well looked after. His genuine hospitality and the care he showed towards our family truly made a difference and made our little girl’s birthday celebration even more memorable.
We would also like to specially mention Rumesh, Dinusha and Kalpani. They were all extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional, and their service was simply amazing. It is these little touches of genuine kindness that make a hotel stay feel truly special.
We are still enjoying our stay, but I already wanted to take a moment to appreciate the wonderful team at Radisson Kandy. Thank you for making our daughter’s birthday getaway such a beautiful and memorable experience. ❤️

I had a wonderful experience at Radisson Kandy. The hotel has a beautiful atmosphere, excellent service, and very friendly and helpful staff. Specially Malki. She gave excellent service .The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, and the food was delicious. The location and views were also amazing, making the stay even more special.
Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I would definitely recommend Radisson Kandy to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Kandy. I would love to visit again.
