Amazing hospitality and service. Dhanushka was very helpful in arranging special vegetarian dishes in our room when we came late from the Perihara. I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat. The special care that they took of us was really heart touching. The festival itself was once in a lifetime opportunity. They guided us well without any ulterior motive 🤗🇮🇳
We celebrated our anniversary and we received a special cake. Food at the buffet restaurant was varied and delicious. On the first night there was also live cooking. Location is great with a view of Kandy Lake from the restaurant. Rooms are clean and room service is very fast. We had some rain and bad weather so we do not use the pool, but it looks incredibly amazing! Highly recommended!
Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was very friendly, supportive, and professional throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking and made the experience even more special. Perfect atmosphere to relax and enjoy. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The room service was excellent, fast, and very professional, while the staff were always friendly and helpful. We also felt very safe throughout our stay, as the hotel maintained a high standard of security and organization.
The food was outstanding in both taste and quality. From breakfast to dinner, every meal was fresh, delicious, and well prepared. If you are looking for a comfortable, secure, and enjoyable experience with great food, we highly recommend this hotel.
A great address in Kandy! The hotel is within walking distance from the center, the lake and the Tooth Temple. The hotel staff is very well trained, professional and so nice too. The rooms are very clean, big, and quiet with a beautiful view on the lake, the shower pressure is very good, the towels are very soft and the bed is super confortable. Last but not least, the rooftop with the pool where we can have drinks is a great plus we enjoyed a lot. We absolutely loved it and definitely recommend it!
