We had an exceptional stay at the Mahaweli Reach Hotel. Nethan and his team went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and safe during our stay. Nethan and his colleagues encouraged us to try some delicious Sri Lankan food that we had not yet had the chance to try. All staff went out of their way to greet us kindly and help us in any way that they could. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Kandy!

The food was delicious, thanks to Chef Mark, though we would love more variety at the buffet. Thanks to Asini from Marketing for her helpful guidance and information. We ordered a selection of savoury and sweet items from the hotel for our kids’ birthday party. Ms. Prarthana was exceptionally helpful and supportive throughout the process, taking the time to understand our requirements and coordinate with the chef to customize the items exactly as we wanted. The chef was also very accommodating and did a great job with the preparation. Everything was ready on time, and the food was fresh, well-presented, and very good in quality. We truly appreciate the excellent service and, especially, Ms. Prarthana’s personal attention and support in making our order a success. The resort is absolutely beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by lush greenery and stunning natural scenery, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. He provided us with amazing service at dinner and was always checking in on us throughout the day to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.
