The view incredible, the room was lovely but the service was terrible, we arrived 2 hours after check in time and were told to wait 45mins for our room and 3 hours later we finally got into our room. After they had kicked the people who were already in there. Whats worst is the manger lied to us about when the room would be ready kultiple times and then delayed our lunch which each item we ordered came at the 1 hour, 2 hour and 3 hour mark which i asume was to try to keep us busy. Offered no compensation and then charged us twice the ammount on the website becauee we "had two adults". If youre a foreginer steer clear.

Kandy Victoria Eco Resort is an ideal place to spend a peaceful day. We stayed at their suite room which was very spacious. The room has a breathtaking view of the mountains. Food was absolutely delicious and the portions were also large. Staff were very helpful and their service was also great. Everything was ready on time! The hotel arranged us a tuk to reach to the hotel and way back. I recommend taking a tuk as the road to the hotel is not in good condition. We enjoyed our stay very much..

I had an excellent stay at Victoria Golf Resort & Spa near Kandy. The location is absolutely breathtaking, surrounded by lush greenery, mountains, and the beautiful Victoria Reservoir. It is truly a peaceful and relaxing environment, perfect for a getaway from busy city life. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with stunning views from the balcony. The staff was very friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The food was delicious with a good variety, and the overall atmosphere of the resort reflects a perfect blend of luxury and nature. I would like to extend my special thanks and appreciation to the owner, Dr. Rajapaksha, for creating and maintaining such a wonderful and eco-friendly resort. His vision and dedication are clearly reflected in every aspect of this beautiful property. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay near Kandy.
