Earl's Regency

I’m me of the most stunning places I have stayed at. The place is built on 3 big rocks and I was mesmerised how they created it so luxuriously. Staff is always smiling, ready help. Special Mention to Shantha the restaurant Supervisor. He made sure we were well looked after. The food and the presentation is just fantastic. Would highly recommend it.

This was our first stay at Earl’s Regency in Kandy, and although we were only there for one night, we genuinely wished we had planned a longer stay. The hotel is beautifully designed and built into the natural landscape, reminding us of the architectural style of Heritance Kandalama. Despite being established many years ago, it has been exceptionally well maintained and still feels elegant and inviting. Surrounded by lush greenery and mature trees, the peaceful setting makes it a wonderful place to relax. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully presented, with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The ambience throughout the hotel was warm and welcoming. One of the highlights was the hospitality. Every member of the team we encountered was friendly, courteous, and happy to assist with anything we needed, making us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. We also enjoyed both the dinner and breakfast buffets. There was an excellent variety of local Sri Lankan dishes alongside international favourites, with plenty of choice and everything we tried was fresh and enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team at Earl’s Regency for your wonderful hospitality and for taking such great care of this beautiful property. We look forward to returning to Kandy and spending a few more nights here next time.

Our stay at Earl’s Regency, Kandy was excellent from start to finish. The hotel is set in a beautiful, peaceful location surrounded by lush greenery, offering stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it a perfect place to unwind after exploring Kandy. The food was one of the highlights of our stay. The buffet offered a wide variety of delicious local and international dishes, with something for everyone. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent, and the quality and freshness of the food stood out. What truly made our experience memorable was the exceptional hospitality. Every member of the staff was warm, courteous, and always willing to help with a smile. Their attention to detail and genuine care for guests made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
