★★★★★ We had a wonderful stay at Clove Villa in Kandy and felt comfortable and welcome from the very first moment. We received a warm and friendly welcome, and the genuine Sri Lankan hospitality was noticeable throughout our entire stay. Our room was beautiful, very clean, and comfortable, with exceptionally comfortable beds. When we asked for a mosquito net, it was arranged and installed immediately – a small detail that made our stay even more pleasant. The service was consistently attentive, kind, and accommodating. The food was another real highlight. Everything was freshly prepared and homemade, and we especially enjoyed the authentic Sri Lankan cuisine. The restaurant staff were also extremely friendly, attentive, and courteous. The swimming pool was another lovely place to relax and unwind. We felt completely at home at Clove Villa and would have happily stayed even longer. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay in Kandy with a warm atmosphere, excellent service, and delicious food!

Clove Villa is a wonderful hideaway in vibrant Kandy. Although it is close to the city center and lake Kandy area, it provides a serene, charming and luxurious place to stay because it it situated in a calm area uphill. Wonderful staff that cooks great breakfast, lunch ans/or diner. Would definitely come back!

My ever and forever best place stay in Sri Lanka and Im in country the 5th time! Its someone house before, I assume Its really private property and you live in it place feels like princess house, even key chain is special non any piece there is from usual store all customized even employees it feels they work for family and then for you as a gust ( it how i assume it is ) pool os brilliant all is brilliant Private Cheff! Catholic church near Thanks God for this place!

Great hotel Beautiful,clean,big rooms and spacious. But the main thing are the staff!! So welcoming, and helpful, always at your need with a big smile and warmth. The food was good. We came for 2 nights and stayed 3 nights I think that means it all Thank you Umish and the team with you. The Rind’s from Israel

Clove Villa has exceeded our expectations every time we vacation there. Thank you for the many holidays of absolute pampering. The elegantly furnished suits and rooms in old –English style, inviting pool and the entire villa is maintained well by the efficient and hospitable staff, coordinated by Thakshila the manager. My family enjoys the well-equipped activity area with its pool table and board games, while I opt to relax with a cup of coffee, in the adjacent patio or enjoy time in our private Jacuzzi. The special breakfast and meals ordered are prepared with personalized care and presented professionally by the onsite chef, Umesh. We have been to Clove Villa many times now and it’s welcoming, ‘home away from home’ feel and ‘unpretentious luxury’, keeps us coming back for more.
