Cinnamon Citadel Kandy

We visited this property to celebrate both my birthday and my baby’s birthday, and we had a really wonderful experience from start to finish. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The food was also very goond throughout our stay the team regularly checked in with us to make sure everything was up to our expectations, which we really appreciated. The biggest surprise was waiting for us in our room. The team had beautifully decorated it and even arranged a lovely birthday cake for us. We honestly didn’t expect it at all, and it made our celebration so much more special. It was such a thoughtful gesture that we will always remember. A special thank you to Mr. Dinesh and Chef Mr. Kasun for their kindness and hospitality. Chef Dinesh prepared some beautifully presented and delicious bites that we really enjoyed. Their genuine care and attention to detail made us feel very welcome. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay or celebrating a special occasion. The warm hospitality and little personal touches are what make this place truly stand out. ❤️

Had an excellent time at Cinnamon Hotel Kandy, the hospitality and service is second to none. Fantastic array of sumptuous food. Love the way the staffs handled to our needs, special thanks to Sasi/Danushka/Charith/Nanjini/Dinushi/Amanda. They had been great and excellent with their service and very cordial. Also, not forgetting the staffs at Chutney, as the Manager/Rohan and other staffs were at their very best. All in all a beautiful and very satisfying experience at the hotel especially the staffs who are the heart of the operations.

Great location and delicious food. Most of the staff were very professional and welcoming. I forgot to get the name of one of the chefs at the dinner buffet, but he came over to ask what my baby preferred to eat. It was such a thoughtful and kind gesture, and I truly appreciated his care. A special thanks as well to AMFOH, who was very kind and attentive throughout our stay. Thank you to the entire team for your warm hospitality. We had a wonderful experience and look forward to visiting again.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Cinnamon Citadel across rooms 271, 272, 273, and 274. The overall service was excellent, and the rooms were kept perfectly clean. I want to give a special mention to Prabashana and Govinda from the housekeeping team. They were incredibly helpful and very good at their work. We requested a baby cot from the hotel, and they went out of their way to help us set it up and place it perfectly in the room. Thank you for the great hospitality!
