Best hotel we stayed in in three weeks. The room had a bloody massage chair. The shower was a room, not a cubicle. Free mango juice on the door. Need I say more.

Efficient staff, good speed internet, good location close to the railway station, spacious and clean rooms. It took some time to figure out the best time to have the breakfast, as the cafe was getting crowded fast. ))

The room heating was great, keeping things warm and comfortable. Free mango juice is a nice touch. I liked that the two single beds were pushed together without a bedside table in between.

Exceptional stay! The staff went above and beyond by accommodating a last-minute booking change and even providing a refund—truly kind and professional service. The room was exceptionally clean, and I loved the generous amount of free amenities. The location is unbeatable (just a 2-minute walk to Kanazawa Station) and having an on-site parking garage was a huge plus. A great tech touch: you can check the status of the three washer-dryers directly on your room TV. Highly recommend for a stress-free visit to Kanazawa!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the West Exit of Kanazawa Station, making it very convenient for travel. The rooms are quite spacious compared to the typical Japanese hotel, providing room for luggage and comfort. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the modern design made it feel very welcoming. What really stood out was the staff; they were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
