Excellent tour! We really enjoyed the time with our Guide and Driver Robert that explains us Ugandan culture and wildlife animals and nature. We appreciate the flexibility of African Adventure Travel that costumized the Tour as we wanted, sharing with us more than one possibility for lodge/park/activities. They was really kind and disponible. We like Uganda so much: people are really kind, we always felt safe and it has a lot of diversity of nature we encountered. Food was pretty great especially fruits and their typical chocolate.

We did a 3 days Murchison Falls tour with 6 of our friends (and Huza as our driver). With and early morning pickup in Entebbe. It's a long drive but it was definitely worth it. With a very nice stop at the Falls and multiple game drives and a boat tour. As we had some custom demands we asked for some changes and they all could me met. So we defenitly recommend this tour company.
Adam was a fantastic safari guide. He drove really well, kept everything completely hassle-free, and was consistently polite. His good connections with other guides meant we got great tips on animal locations. Because of that, we successfully saw everything we were hoping for, including a leopard and a lion. You can't ask for more from a guide. Highly recommended.
My family had an amazing time on this safari!! Eddie took care of us from start to end. He was knowledgeable, kind, and had a great sense of humor. He made sure we saw everything we could - leopards, giraffes, elephants, and more. A once and a lifetime experience thanks to African Adventure!
We had an amazing experience. Our guide Eddie was extremely knowledgeable about the park, animals and tracking. He was also very friendly. I recommend him and this operator to anyone considering a safari. We saw every animal we wanted and consider this experience a true once in a lifetime!!
We selected African Adventure Travellers safari company for the three-day safari to Murchison Falls in October 2025. The program they offered matched our desires in Uganda. Our guide/driver, Huzaima was very skilled and knowledgeable regarding the wildlife and cultural facts during our tour. The safari vehicle was comfortable and well maintained. With his skills Huzaima was able the position the vehicle for the perfect wildlife photos. The rhino sanctuary was an add-on that we accepted and it was an outstanding addition to the tour. I highly recommend this company and the tours they offer based on what we experienced during the tour. The accommodations and meals were exceptionable. Stoney W.
We did the 3-day safari to Murchison Falls with Eddie from African Adventures as our guide, assisted by Tom. The tour was brilliant. Eddie could not have been a better guide. His knowledge of the wildlife was immense, and he knew the answer to any questions we asked. He was always happy to let us influence the pace ― savouring the moment to observe the creatures as well as to take photos for as long as we wished. He was very patient with the number of photos and videos we took! Eddie was flexible and keen to tailor the agenda to our particular interests and needs. We felt we were in safe hands. The whole tour was well organised with suitable meal stops, and the lodge and meals we had there were also of good quality. We saw an incredible number and variety of wildlife and the inclusion of a long river trip was excellent and balanced what we saw in the savannah. We spotted a leopard! It was a magical moment thanks to Eddie’s eagle eyes and well developed instinct. He explained to us how by carefully listening to and watching the birds he senses the whereabouts of the animals. Seeing the mighty Murchison Falls was the perfect way to end our safari. The day after Eddie had dropped us in Entebbe at the end of the trip, we realised we had left our binoculars in his van! We contacted him and he swiftly took the trouble to find a reliable boda driver to deliver them to us. We were hugely relieved to be reunited with the binoculars at our hotel in good time before departing Uganda. We can thoroughly recommend this tour. Thank you, Eddie and African Adventures for a most memorable experience. Catherine, John and Rachel
My cousin and I had an absolutely unforgettable 3-day safari in Murchison Falls, and I cannot recommend it enough. From the very beginning, our guide Augustine made the trip truly special. He was very friendly and sociable, while also being deeply knowledgeable about the park, the wildlife, and Uganda in general. Our experience included a visit to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, where we got to see rhinos up close on foot – a truly magical experience. We also visited the mighty Murchison Falls - an impressive, breathtaking natural wonder, and went on both game drives and a boat safari on the Nile. We saw a wide variety of animals and had some really close encounters too. The landscape was simply stunning. We stayed at Bar Lyec, which was a perfect choice. The lodge is set in beautiful surroundings close to the Nile and provided a calm and scenic base for our adventure. What stood out most was the extreme hospitality we received – the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and cared for. They even insisted on escorting us from the restaurant to our room when it was dark because there was a chance of elephants and hippos in the area at night! All in all, it was a perfect trip filled with natural beauty, memorable wildlife encounters, great company, and genuine Ugandan warmth. A big thank you to Augustine and everyone at Bar Lyec for making this experience one we will always treasure. A warm recommendation to use African Adventure Travellers.
We had a great time! The three day tour (game drives + activities) was perfectly planned, and our guide Augustine was amazing! We really appreciated his professionalism, expertise, and great mood. The Bar Lyec lodge is lovely, and the views on the Nile are simply amazing. I fully recommend this trip to anyone seeking an authentic Ugandan experience!
This trip exceeded my wildest dreams. Our tour guide, Augustine (Gus), was The Absolute Best. He was very experienced and knowledgeable and was able to show us all the animals (plus their babies!!!) that we wanted to see, including lions, leopards, elephants, giraffes, baboons, buffalo, hippos, warthogs, and multiple other birds and animals. Gus took us to the best restaurants, and we always felt completely safe and entertained. We will definitely be going back and wouldn’t book with anyone else!
Had an amazing time with Gus as our guide!! We saw the big 5 and more, and babies of every species! Had so much fun and so many laughs in between! The food included was yummy. 100% recommend!
Our safari experience was nothing short of extraordinary, thanks to Adam from African Adventure Travellers. Adam’s incredible “40/40” vision and vast knowledge of culture, heritage, and wildlife made our trip unforgettable. He spotted animals effortlessly, allowing us to see 25 different species! A special thanks to Jackson at the Rhino Sanctuary. While we missed seeing Obama, the rhino, Jackson’s captivating story of the white rhino population growing from 2 to 43 left us inspired and hopeful for conservation efforts. The sunrise during our adventure was a deeply moving moment. It reminded me how blessed I am to start the year in the heart of Africa with my partner, truly a gift I’ll cherish forever. A huge thank you as well to Linda and Timothy at the lodge for their friendly and welcoming hospitality, which made our stay even better. We highly recommend African Adventure Travellers for anyone seeking a life, changing safari. Be sure to have Adam as your guide,he’ll make your experience truly special!
Adam was our guide and he made sure we didnt lack of anything. He replied to all our questions and gave us a lot of information. We did the 3 days Murchison Falls trip and We definitely recommend it!
We had a great time on our trip to the Murchison Nationalpark. The communication beforehand was easy and quick which we appreciated alot since we booked last minute and still received a suitable itinerary for us. Our guide Adam was always on time, attentive and was able to answer all our questions. The accomodation was really nice and we felt comfortable. The tour itself was exactly what we were looking for. It was the right balance of relaxation and activities. We would highly recommend African Adventure Travellers!
Another perfect experience with African Adveture Travellers. This was the 4th safari we've been on with African Adventure Travellers and the service is always top notch! Dr. Robert is professional and everything is organized so I don't have to worry about anything for our group of 8. The activities are exciting and interesting, the vehicles are comfortable, and the accommodations are comfortable. Adam is wonderful, he instantly becomes one of the group. He's professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and friendly. It is always a pleasure to have him with us. Thank you again! We will see you next year!
We had a fantastic trip from Kampala. Organisation was straightforward, as Robert was extremely responsive from our first enquiry to the end of the trip. We had to change our dates at the last minute, and he couldn't have been more accommodating. Adam was a superb driver/guide, and we saw so much wildlife. We even caught a glimpse of some chimps on the drive into Murchison, which was an unexpected treat. Altogether an unforgettable experience!
Very enjoyable experience, knowledgeable and trained guide. Good accommodation and meals. Well planned itinerary and lots of unique sightings of animals.
My husband and I had the best 9 days tailor-made trip across Uganda with the most friendly, professional and kind local guide Augustine. All activities were extremely well coordinated for us to take the most out the country experience including game driving, boat safaris, gorillas/chimpanzees trekking, incredible welcoming lodges and delicious food ! I strong recommend to visit Uganda with African Adventure Travel.
Me and some friends did the 3-day Tour. We were lucky and had a private tour with our amazing, courteous and hilarious funny tourguide Huzaima! He was treating us as a friend, joining dinner every time and telling stories. He had a good knowlegde about the wildlife and the ugandan culture. For the tour we could nearly see all of the big 5. Our accomondation was good, sadly our car had no air condition. The company was organised, also communication wa well and easy with WhatsApp. We would really recommend this trip!
The trip was so amazing and oure toure guide was as frindly and cool as you can imagine! I would love to do this toure again.
I had a really great experience with AAT, in particular with my guide and driver Augustine. He made sure I was happy and save and that I got to see all the game in the park. It's really is a beautiful beautiful park and I got to see the big five (although I'm still not sure whether rhinos in a sanctuary count...). The trip all together is very diverse (sanctuary, waterfalls, game drives, boattrip) and the lodge is nice (clean rooms, nicely located, well equipped restaurant and bars and very friendly staff). Really really recommend this trip!
My experience started with Robert, who was an absolute professional and helped me plan my 3-day Safari. Once upon arrival, I was greeted by Charles, who turned out to be a superstar. Charles is really the unsung hero of the whole operation and deserves a lot of praise. I then had the pleasure of meeting Chef Patrick and Maria. I can honestly say staying at Express View Inn the night before the safari made a huge difference and was a great experience. The next day, I met my guide: Adam. But really, Adam is much more than a guide, he's like family and treats you with the utmost respect and listens to your needs. He is truly a blessing to have as a guide and I feel like his connections with all the other tour guides is a huge plus. Ultimately, Robert runs a tight ship and all is employees are professional and just good people.
The entire trip was fabulous, from the departure to return. The staff were excellent and had good customer service. The tour guide was a superb gentleman with good customer experience 👌
Emma, our guide, was great and made every effort to ensure we had the best experience possible. The effort made the difference - an unforgettable experience.
This was a wonderful experience! Our guide was incredible and we saw soo many animals! The accommodations were comfortable and the food delicious. Our guide worked hard to make sure we had the best experience possible.
It was so wonderful to be able to return to UGANDA and bring yet another family member to experience this wonderful country. Thank you Robert, for arranging a memorable trip for my sister-in-law and I, and my thanks again to Augustine our tour guide, for his knowledge and expertise and amazing driving skills. I would highly recommend African Adventure Travellers and I look forward to returning again within the year.
Dalson has been an amazing guide and has become a friend to us. I really advice anyone to take part in this tour
Wow wow wow! I LOVED my experience to Murchison Falls. Robert was so on top of scheduling and sent an itinerary a few days in advance so I knew what we were doing and what time each activity started. Augustine was my host and was so knowledgeable, funny, and patient. We saw lions, buffalo, hippo, crocodiles, and even a very rare Secretarybird which is endangered. Pakuba Lodge was very comfortable; the food was delicious, the rooms even had AC to make a very comfortable sleep, and the staff were so friendly. I’m truly sad the trip is over. I guess “once in a lifetime” may need to change my “twice in a lifetime” for this excursion.
I just got back from a Great Adventure with the most wonderful safari tour with our so very experienced driver/guide Dalson. We saw so many incredible sights there are too many fun adventures and experiences to pick just one. Whether is was seeing the cheetah asleep in the tree or the beauty of the elephants and giraffees, also the rhino trekking was so very cool. Dalson our guide made the safari so worth every bit of the trek. Murchison Falls is amazing to see as well. The lodge we stayed out was wonderful, the people, the weather.... what can I say about our safari adventure but WOW!!! You must go with the wonderful team led by Robert Mugabe who was so lovely to meet and talk with at the end of our dream safari. We will be BACK!!!!!
We meet as strangers but leave as friends". That's what one of our guides Dalson) said and indeed we left as friends. We had an exciting and well-planned trip from Day one. Dalson is a very informed and knowledgeable tour guide - thanks to his expertise we left with a deeper understanding of Uganda’s wildlife and Uganda as a whole - I am proud to have learned more about my country. My expectations were fully met. Also, a token of appreciation goes to Robert Mugabe, the head of Africa Adventure Travellers who welcomed us warmly and hosted us at Express View Inn on arrival. If you need a place close to the airport, that’s the place to go.
Robert created an exvellent itinerary and Adam was an excellect driver / guide / traveling companion. We combined the Murchison Falls safari with the Queen Elizabeth safari for a 5-day experience. Adam and Robert met us at our hotel on day 1 and loaded our 5 suitcases plus carry-on for our 3-person party. Adam was an excellent driver and the truck was comfortable. Rino tracking was anazing. We were hoping to see two and ended up with 7. We were able to get good photos and listen to the programming. Murchison Falls is beyond words. Think of the best photo of this natural wonder you have seen and multiply it by 100. Safari rely on good guides and luck of nature, snd with Adam we had both. We saw a family of five lions, elephants, anteloup, elephants, buffalo, hippos, warthogs, birds, nile crocs, and giraffes in Murchison Falls. We even saw a distant leopard. Queen Elizabeth had much less animals thst Murichison Falls, but the chennel cruise gave us closer look at elephants and hippos amd added mongoose and monitor lizards. Accomidations and food were wonderful. I will forever remember Enganzi Lodge overlooking Queen Elizabeth Park. Felt safe the whole time. Adam humored our need to take some good people pictures too, getting really into it as well. Highly recommend.
Great experience seeing different landscapes, the stunning Murchison Falls and the wildlife in the neighbouring Savanna. I enjoyed my guide Emmanuel who explained a lot, spotted lions which I did not and was always ready for lengthy and open discussions. Great service by Emmanuel overall. Thanks
My wife and I had a wonderful safari with this company and warmly recommend it. Emmanuel Nateenya was our driver and guide and was outstanding. He was kind and informative and really helpful atb all times. Great job all round!
I visited Murchison falls for 3 days with Afričan Adventure Travellers and it was soo amazing! Firstly, the email communication with Mr. Robert was quick and easy, he replies in a few hours and so the trip can be planned really quickly. The Murchison falls are spectacular, the same goes for seeing the safari animals in the wild nature. And the accomodation in the Hornbills safari lodge was so comfortable and peacuful. I would like to specially applaud for my guide Augustine. He was so nice, happy and full of positive energy. He was doing his maximum for me to see all the animals leopard included. His driving skills were on point and he was telling me stories from his life in Uganda, so I could get to know the local culture better. He was also willing to stop for a coffee or at the market on the journey to the park. After spending three days with him sharing with me his motivating thoughts, I felt so encouraged. When I’m coming back to Uganda, I will definitely ask for him to be my guide for my next trip! Thank you!
I really enjoyed an amazing three days in Murchison Falls. Dalson is great driver and excelent guide. He was glad to answer me all questions about the park and animals. Thanks African Adventure Travellers and my guide Dalson. I am satisfied and definitely recommend the company for the safari tours.
As this trip with African Adventure Travellers was my first Safari I was a bit unsure of what to expect. Augustine was my tour guide - he demonstrated outstanding knowledge of the animals and the area, patience as a newcomer, and reliability. The daily itineraries were well organised to maximise action without comprimising on rest and sleep, the hotels and restaurants chosen were terrific, and real practices were in place to ensure clients are kept safe. Would highly recommend this experience.
Awesome and above expectations experience specially with Kefar our guide not only a knowledgeable guide but a nice guy too
We planned this safari less than 20 hours before it started and African Adventure Travellers was so responsive when we asked if it would be possible and what our options were. The owner and our tour guide, Augustine, were INCREDIBLE to work with. Both were very honest with us about the best option for us to see the animals we wanted to see. Augustine was the best tour guide. He was so fun, had a great attitude, and was so knowledgable about the animals. Once we booked the trip, everything was taken care of for us and we didn't have to worry about a single thing like food, hotels, or safety. I truly cannot imagine having a better experience on my first safari and can't speak highly enough about Augustine and African Adventure Travellers.
This was such an amazing experience- I would 10/10 recommend to all my friends and family. Me and two other women spontaneously decided to go on a safari, and in 16 hours African Adventure Travellers had it completely set up for us. We are all young in our 20s and it is our first time being in Africa. We went on a three-day trip with Augustine and not only felt completely safe the entire time, but could not have asked for a better experience. Augustine helped us to see all of the animals we wanted, and personalized the trip to what we were most interested in. Augustine was extremely knowledgeable and fun to spend our time with. In just one trip out out in the park we saw lions close-up, elephants, baboons, warthogs, and giraffes. Fort Murchison lodge was where we spent the evenings and it also had amazing staff and food complete with four course meals. When we saw any other safari tours drive by, I was so glad we were with African Adventure Travellers and had Augustine as our guide.
I went on a solo trip with Augustine, my guide, and had a great time. Augustine was very chatty, accommodating and knowledgeable - making my trip easy, fun and educational. I also booked just the evening before departing so, the company was very flexible. We stayed in Hornbill Lodge which was the cheapest option. It was basic and comfortable, with lovely views. The hotelier-come-chef was great and knowing I wanted to try local food, made us 'rolex' for lunch and 'matoke' for breakfast as well as western food on other nights. We saw all of the animals bar the big cats, during 2 game drives and 1 boat trip. Personal highlights were seeing the many many warthogs and the hippos.
This is a long review! Scroll to bottom to skip the details. My boyfriend and I had a fun safari tour with our guide Arifat! We were picked up on time at our hotel in Kampala and drove 6 hrs to the falls. Before reaching the Falls, we went to a rhino sanctuary for rhino tracking. We saw 7 rhinos total and it was amazing to see them in nature and not at a zoo. After seeing the rhinos, we had lunch (included) then headed to the Falls. **Keep in mind: meals and water bottles are included in the price of the tour, however if you order bottled water or drinks at any of the restaurants during the tour, you will pay out of pocket! Bottled water is purchased ahead of time by your guide for the entire tour and is stored in a cooler. The water given to you inside the vehicle is the one that is included with the tour. Make sure to ask you guide questions!*** Most of the road from Kampala to Murchison was paved. As you draw closer to the Falls, the road intermittently changes between paved and unpaved. Expect to have a lot of bumpy, uneven roads, and a lot of dust! We stayed at Twiga Safari Lodge. The lobby was nice and our room was a sturdy high quality tent. The material of the tent was thick and strong. The mosquito net was needed and large enough to cover the entire bed. The downside of the lodge is the lack of A/C and limited fans available for use. It was pretty hot inside the tent and took a while for cooler air to flow through during the evening. Unfortunately, we did not sleep well during our stay. We were in close proximity to hippos and frogs. They do NOT have wifi or power outlets inside the tent. They are available for use in the lobby only. Rwenzori water during meals is complementary. For those looking for isolation from crowds, this lodge is for you. The next day, we went for a game drive in the morning. The SUV has a roof that can be elevated higher. This allows people to stand and view the animals without a glass enclosure as well as allow cool air to flow throughout the drive. Then, we went on a ferry boat tour on the Nile River after noon. Arifat stayed on land and waited for us to get back (about 3.5 hrs). We saw the receiving end of the Falls and the boat was positioned at a good angle by the captain for amazing photos! We saw hippos, a crocodile, pumbas and multiple birds. On our way back from the ferry boat tour, one of the staff members forgot to inform us of a different drop off location that we were supposed to meet Arifat. When we didn't see our SUV or Arifat, I immediately messaged someone from the African Adventure Traveller regarding the situation because I didn't get Arifat's cell number ahead of time. He was two steps ahead and realized we were nowhere to be found! He immediately called someone from the ferry boat and made sure we were safe. We found a way to get back to our SUV and reunited with Arifat. We were relieved to know he was worried about our safety and attempted to look for us! Awesome customer service! The next day, Arifat drove us back to Kampala and we concluded our safari tour. I had so many questions before booking the tour, and Sarah was very patient with me. She answered all of my questions and provided awesome custo.mer service. Although it says that they accept PayPal on their website, it actually PesaPal. It is a different company and using PayPal is not an option. If you are looking to book a safari adventure while in Uganda, check this company out! I recommend them!
Booking a safari can be overwhelming. We were SO pleased with our experience with African Adventure Travelers! Read on for a few specifics: The trip to Murchison, even for our short three days, packed a punch. All the best rolled into one location....the variety in landscape and natural features as well as an abundance of wildlife. We did all of our booking and itinerary with Sarah. She was amazing- responsive, accommodating, and flexible. She helped me customize an itinerary to suit our families needs perfectly. And when we needed to make a change just a few days prior she quickly made inquiries to accommodate and had us set up within hours. We were in such good hands with our guide, George. He was really just the best. Our kids ask a bazillion questions and he was so knowledgeable and excited to share. It was clear he loves the land and the animals, which was so refreshing and inspiring to us as visitors. He listened carefully to what sorts of experiences we most valued and did his best to make it happen. There were several things I didn't know to look for when booking this safari for my family. First, that the lodge was actually in the nature park. Instead of waking up and having to travel to the park we were already there. With early morning starts this was a huge bonus. Secondly, our vehicle had a pop top. I can't imagine the game drive without this feature. It seemed fairly common but there were definitely some vans out there that only had larger windows. We'll take full views please! Our kids (10, 9, and 8 years old) could remove their shoes, stand on their seats, and see everything. Added bonus with the pop top was that there was more wind and shade to keep us cool. Our family spent three weeks on the continent (first trip for our kids) and this safari was definitely a highlight.
My friends and I visited this national park last year for 3 days and it was a good experience at Para safari lodge, we had 2 game drives evening and morning the morning one was interesting since it is where were able to see many animals especially the big cats like lions, leopard and hyenas. Evening boat cruise along the river Nile to the bottom of the falls was also refreshing, we were able to see many animals in and along the river bank such as hippos, crocodiles and so many birds then on the way back to Kampala we visited top of the falls where you get close to the falls which was so refreshing, on the boat ride to bottom of the falls you view the falls at a distance due to big rocks that are in the river. All in all you need to visit this park found in Northern part of Uganda East Africa and its about 5 and a half hours drive from Kampala capital city.
I recently went on the 3 day Safari with two friends and we absolutely loved the whole thing. We saw an incredible amount of wildlife including Lions, Elephants, Giraffes, Buffalo, Hippos, Crocodiles and much more. The tour is well organised with very little fuss. The Waterfall which is the most powerful in the world is breathtaking and you can get so close to it. The animals, the waterfall, the boat trip and beauty of the park were incredible but the true highlight was our tour guide, Augustine. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable about the park, the animals and the country of Uganda. He even indulged our football trivia enthusiasm for the whole trip. Now we are back in kampala we plan on seeing him again whilst we are here because he become a genuine friend whilst we were on the trip. Thank you to the guys for making the trip easy and stress and huge thanks to Augustine. I encourage everybody who is considering the trip to do it. You will not regret it and hope that you get Augustine as your guide.
As 3 friends we did the safari with Augustine. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the park and helped us see some amazing scenery and animals. The food, safari car and lodges were great. Augustine is a truly great guy - funny and so nice. You should definitely go on this safari!
Just got back from the 3 day Murchisson Falls Safari and I would recommend it to everyone. From our initial contact with Sara it was obvious the trip would be well organised and flexible to meet all our needs. She was patient and detailed in answering all our questions and very helpful in meeting our requests. Our guide Augustine made the trip, he was brilliant and I have to thank him once again. He is incredibly knowledgable, being full of interesting stories about the animals, the National Park and Uganda as a whole. He is a warm, friendly and humerous man whose company we instantly felt comfortable in. In terms of the Safari itself he went out of his way to ensure we saw as many animals as possible, including an incredibly close encounter with a lion. Accommodation was very comfortable, Safari vehicle exactly what is required and all food delicious. Thank you Augustine, Sara and the rest of the team for organising and facilitating a trip of a lifetime that we will never forget.
Fred was punctual and an amazing, knowledgeable and safe driver for our 3 days 2 nights Murchison Falls Safari with Rhinos tour. We were a family group of 3 adults and one 5 year old child. He stopped when we wanted and perfect amount of time for lunches etc. He was always prepared. He knew the weather and made itinerary adjustments accordingly because we did the Rhino tour first and we were lucky enough to witness the birth of baby rhino. We saw many species of African animals. Loved our accommodation at Murchison River Lodge and added bonus of witnessing hippos grazing past our verandah too. Meals at the lodge were excellent. The falls were magnificent. Excellent communication by emails to Sarah who answered promptly and efficiently all our questions prior to the Safari. Highly recommend African Adventure Travellers as extremely professional. 100% go back again. Thanks for a memorable Safari. Sandy On behalf of Paisio and family.
We only had 6 days in Uganda and wanted to see and experience as much as we could. We emailed African Adventure Travellers with lots of questions and Sara very quickly replied with a lot of helpful information and so we, confidently, booked a 3 days Murchison Falls with Rhino tour. This tour has been one of the most amazing adventures that we have ever done in our many years of travelling the globe. We don't think that we could have had a better guide than Augustine. He was not just our driver and guide but he quickly became our friend. Augustine is not only a great driver; He is knowledgeable, patient, considerate, has a great sense of humour, and was always willing to go the extra mile (both figuratively and literally!). We were blown away by how close we managed to get to some of these magestic animals in their natural habitat - an experience that we will never forget. Thanks especially to Sarah & Augustine. You guys are the best! We are now planning a return to central Africa with African Adventure Travellers.
This tour is by far the best one we have ever been on. Right from start to finish all communication was great. When I first emailed them I got a quick answer from Sarah who was very nice and happy to plan the trip for us accordingly to our wishes. She was very calm and heard us out, giving us the different options which would suit us the best. Sarah had so much patience as we weren't sure of how many days or how many people would be joining us, and we did change our minds a few times regarding days and amount of people, but she had no problems with that and was happy to give us the updated prices and itinerary. Upon meeting Sarah in person once we arrived, she took us through the itinerary day by day which was very good. Sarah is such a lovely person and I thank her for creating us the perfect tour. We want to say a big thank you to our driver Moses who was very professional and knew so much about the National Park and its animals. He was a very funny guy who did everything in order for us to see as many animals as possible during our safari tour. He was very open to adjusting the schedule, accordingly to what we wanted to do which we appreciate very much. We can not recommend this company enough. They were so organised from start to finish and we had such a blast during the trip. We will be using them for other future tours. Thanks to the team at the African Adventure Travellers!
We left Kampala early and started every day early. going with family who work with those times best, early birds. We all swear the energy Augustine carried with nothing short of family. a cousin, we drove in haste, dodge traffic, relaxed and had pleasure to see the most amazing things overall. the memories engrained aren't surreal but ethereal in totality. Being he was our guide who almost instantly became family we were blessed to be with one of the most knowledgeable in this field of work. I think the connections made affirms my swift return and go to cousin for trips and planning in the future. Thank You for employing someone who whole heartedly cares in what they do and more importantly cares for others. Jah bless 🙏🏾⤴
