Royal Suites

I stayed in this hotel twice. First time, the AC remote control wasn't working, the toiletry doesn't include a hand soap, the cutleries were a bit greasy and my laundry was misplaced. The second time, the hot water wasn't available, AC remote control was not working, the, shower handle was off, foot mat was missing, and mosquitoes roaming .

Do not stay in 213 if you want to sleep. This is the noisiest place I’ve ever stayed and the staff at reception seem not to care and refuse to move me. There is music from outside playing until 2am. Then there is a noisy air conditioning unit from someone else’s room rattling from the interior side of the room. It’s impossible to get any rest here. Will not be returning unless they can guarantee a good sleep because I am here for work. I can guarantee I will not show up rested this week. The restaurant and gym staff are very nice. Come for the day instead to use the facilities. Do not try and stay the night. You will not sleep. If I could record the sound and upload it, I would. It’s more informative than photos would be.

Spacious room with a bedroom, a living room, a bathroom. And a small balcony. The TV was in the living room with a sofa set and mini pantry. The bathroom had bathtub and shower. The balcony came with a set of table and chairs. More than enough for a solo occupant. The hotel's facilities were also good, swimming pool, restaurant, etc. However, when i was here it was 2025, WIFI connection in my room on the 3rd floor was poor. Hopefully it has improved now. Thank you.

Nice hotel, apartments and wedding venue. The food was nice but limited chicken. Wedding halls are lovely
