What a wonderful place. We have extended our stay now several times because we just love this hotel. Feels like an oasis in all the hustle and bustle of the city. The hotel itself has a very boutique feel to it and is so well kept. The rooms are very spacious and modern. All the restaurants serve amazing food and the specialty store on site comes in very useful. But what makes this place even more special, are the people who work here. Everyone you’ll meet is just wonderful, the gardeners, waiters, security, massage therapists, receptionists, chefs, housekeepers…every one is always friendly, smiling and making you feel welcome. We are very happy we have found this place, would come back anytime again and can only recommend it to anyone who’s visiting Kampala.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Took them a while but Patience came through .. ——————————————— I’ve spent many hours at the hotel, spa, restaurant and the service used to be top of the pops. One of my go to places here in Kampala - However the latest experience leaves me in the need of having to find another spot for the spa treatments. When you charge 100 dollars per person for a scrub and deep tissue massage the experience need to be top notch and if something is faulty management needs to step forward with a solution not an insult. In this case, when the therapist don’t know left from right, it’s not enough to offer a voucher for the failed massage (that got cancelled 5 min into the session)- who say I even want to try again after this failure… and even if I want to make good of the voucher, what about travelling time and cost. So the session will be even more expensive… It’s places like this that don’t understand the cost of landing new clients versus the benefits of keeping reoccurring clients. And we all know where they end up after some time.

I have just spent a glorious 4 days at le Petit village during a trip to Kampala. The staff were professional, efficient, receptive, accommodating and friendly. The environment was very clean & well maintained with remarkable interiors and exteriors. The landscaping and foliage have a serene and relaxed atmosphere. The Spa was amazing! The beautician/ masseuse, Barbara, was excellent. Highly recommended and would definitely return. The only downside was intermittent noise pollution which is expected in an urban location but it certainly did not dampen my experience.
