Very disappointing and misleading spa experience I stayed at Lake Victoria Serena Resort and booked the Executive Suite through Booking.com. The booking clearly stated that the package “Includes unlimited spa access + valet parking + high-speed internet.” And i reconfirmed with the staff who was checking me in and he said yes it is. Based on this, I understood that the spa facilities were included in my package. However, when I checked out today, I was unexpectedly presented with a separate bill for the spa massage. If massages/treatments are not included and only the spa facilities are covered, this should have been clearly explained before the treatment, especially when the Booking.com offer prominently states “unlimited spa access.” My main concern is not simply the cost of the massage, but the lack of transparency. A guest should not discover an additional charge only when checking out. I have the Booking.com screenshot showing the inclusion and would expect Lake Victoria Serena to clarify why the offer is presented this way and why the additional charge was not clearly communicated beforehand. Very disappointing experience from a hotel of this standard. I hope management reviews how these packages are advertised so other guests are not put in the same situation.

No doubt this place is 5 star ✨️ 👌 😎 most perfect place i have visited 😀 the place is high class high quality high end. The rooms are classy obviously AC available free Wi-Fi, clean and modern 👌 good customer service and good customer care, a place for kings. The place is well located in strategic spot near Lake Victoria 👌. Ample parking space in here. The place has environment considered, lots of trees 🌳 and greenery. Swimming 🏊‍♀️ available. Gardens are here. Conference rooms are here. I love the Fountain ⛲️ 😍 ❤️ 💕 ♥️ 💖 ⛲️ this place is kawa indeed. Try it no regrets
