I loved the rooms, they are self contained and spacious. Their services are on point especially the food😂😂😂😂😂, though they location was not nice to me. Though their Internet network is poor and also their available wifi is switched off in the night...
Stepping into this incredible hotel is like a journey back to Uganda's prime! The decor beautifully preserves a bygone era, a powerful reminder of the time our people fought against colonialism. I truly love this place.
They are trying their best to make their hotel better their employees are paid little money so work may not be so perfect but all is good.
I ran a multi day training at Imperial Royale Hotel in Kampala. The venue supported the group with ease. The Lilly Hall offered wide seating and clear audio and visual support. Staff responded fast and stayed professional. Food during breaks arrived hot and on time. Wi-Fi stayed stable for all sessions. Underground parking made arrival and load in simple. The hotel grounds and pool would give useful space for informal breakouts. I recommend Imperial Royale for large corporate trainings. Aeration felt limited even with AC, especially for the ground floor. The hotel feels slightly dated. An investment in upgrades would lift its appeal. The location is quiet and peaceful.
It's good in general and has nice service and the food was good. They just need to improve on the rooms and include or the needed essentials that is slippers, toilet scrub, work on the WiFi in the rooms, put an iron box and change those non working televisions
