I would like to express my disappointment with the service at your hotel. The way some of your staff in the restaurant communicate with customers shows a lack of care and respect, which is not what one would expect from a place of your standard. Good customer service should make guests feel valued, but unfortunately, that was not my experience. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving how your team تعاملs with guests.

A genuine top quiet seller right here, with all the glamour and beauty, I couldn't but stare in awe at this great one. I loved the branded water and the service here is top notch. Competence is consistency unveiled, the best against the best. Take those conferences and celebrations here. Christ loves you ♥️

This hotel is fantastic. Great easy location quite rooms with amazing views of the mountains and city. Emmanuel and his team are all friendly and extremely attentive. The food was delicious. Rooms are comfortable while standard familiar hotel amenities. I would highly recommend!
